Ignore all of the other reviews that said this couch was not easy to assemble! This couch was INCREDIBLY simple to put together. It came with step-by-step instructions and took me about 30 minutes to put together. All of the pieces are labeled with letters that are shown on the instructions. It is comfortable but a little tough, which is fine by me. If you are looking for a couch you can sink into, move to a different couch. My dogs love it and the dog hair comes out of the couch pretty easily. I bought the gray couch which unfortunately does show the dog hair quite visibly. This couch worked perfectly for my small living room and would fit great into apartments with limited space. Comfortably sits four people. If you are buying this couch to sleep on, move on. I am 6'3" and it is much too small to nap on. I didn't have any issues with shipping/delivery. It arrived 8 days after I bought it and the shipping company called to schedule a delivery time.     • My Experience Was Not Great At All
It broke while trying to put it together. The locking screws ripped out and the Velcro pillows ripped the seams - and definitely be very careful unzipping anything or those will separate. Seriously- all of this on day 1. Shipping took forever and call their shipping company at least twice to confirm delivery time. It took them three times with me. I live by myself with just a 40 lb dog. The legs on the ottoman have already broken after 5 months of light use on this couch. The couch is not comfortable regardless of it being "broken in" by now. Save yourself the money and uncomfort and get a better couch than this!

I wasted over 800 dollars on this; this is the lowest quality you could ever buy. The parts don't fit well together, the hardware that comes with it was incomplete and the holes where not aligned. This is a waste of money. Be warned-don't-ever buy this item, you will be very, very dissapointed
