    • Very heavy duty; for lower body only
Pros: +fabric doesn't catch or pull on my skin or hair like rubber resistance bands. +Attractive, clearly labelled with colors and a word to designate Light Medium Heavy. +Mine had a very faint smell of [fish?] as some have complained, but didn't bother me at all and I have a pretty sensitive nose. So maybe the manufacturer fixed that problem. +They are very resistant, so a good complement to lighter stretch bands that aren't stiff enough for major lower body muscles. Cons: +These bands definitely are elastic, but the stretch requires a lot of muscle. IMHO they are for lower body only (unless you stronger than most people), and I would say exercises where you are fully using both hamstrings or quads, e.g. sideways squat walks or hip raises while on your back. Otherwise they are mostly something to push against (but too resistant to stretch), e.g. side-lying clamshells. ... show more

Love the colors of these bands and they are the perfect set to gradually build up strength. Highly recommend if you're looking for something to help warm up you legs for leg day or to just use them as a stand alone work out. They are also extremely comfortable.
