I was skeptical about this purchase but with several trailers needing service on our farm, it was worth trying. I also purchased some actual grease, but this has done very well in places I could not easily reach. I've sprayed it into door hinges and up inside trailer hitches where I couldn't reach by hand. The material is more viscous than expected and has a dark amber tint. It sprays under enough pressure to get through many sliding locks and other hard to access points. It did not require multiple applications to get things moving well, just moving those parts so the lubrication spread. This can should last awhile even after using it on several trailers but I will buy again if we run out. ... show more

Like the fact that you don't have to touch the grease , just spray on seems to work good so far. Added a ball cover to help keep ball lubricated when no trailer hooked up, very pleased with my purchase

Easy to apply, seems to work great. Much easier and less messy that hand applying lithium grease, as I had ben doing. and it wipes off the ball pretty easily when you disconnect the trailer, in order to avoid getting it on your pants.

Much better than Garage Door lube which seem to dissolve like WD40. I am on a Galveston canal and I Lube everything. This seems to be a good compromise with White Lithium grease which protects but does not penetrate

This trailer hitch gel worked great. Just spray it on. I was having trouble getting the hitch off the ball of the truck and would have to jump up and down on the truck bumper to get it off sometimes. With this gel it slipped right off and went on smoothly also.
