    • Great Quality for the Price!
I am very happy with this 3-in-1 pull-out couch. It’s the perfect size for my extra room and works great in a smaller space. The grey color matches well with my room and it fits well. The pull-out bed was easy to set up and is very comfortable. It's perfect for when my grandkids and kids stay over. The built-in USB port for charging devices and the cup holder is a convenient and useful feature. The overall quality for the price is excellent. It's easy to open for use and to put away after use. This sofa is functional without taking up too much space. I definitely recommend it for a convenient extra sleep space for occasional guest! ... show more

    • Looks Like The Product Photos
Review Image by J Thomas
Really impressed. First of all it was really easy to put together as all the hardware was put in individual labeled bags and every piece was clearly marked. Second, is how robust the frame is, it’s fairly thick steel and I like how easy it all slides out to convert into the bed. The bed itself is large enough for someone around six and a half feet and looks to be about a twin size mattress, I don’t think you’d sleep two adults unless they were extremely close. In couch mode it could seat two adults fairly comfortably. The included cup holders fit a standard can of soda. It’s nice that it has a Type C outlet on the charger connector. I really like that all the fabric pieces have a zipper so that washing them is a possibility. ... show more

    • Perfect for m needs!
This is a great loveseat! The cushions are really firm and with the metal frame when used as a bed it’s a bit hard, but I just added a full size foam topper cut to the correct size and it’s much more comfortable to sleep on. The size of this sleeper is bigger than a twin bed and smaller than a full size. You will want to use full or queen size fitted sheet for the mattress. This gives a single person quite a bit of room and in my case room for myself and a large dog to sleep. I appreciate the fact that the back of the loveseat is stationary creating a headboard when used as a bed. It’s pretty lightweight and easy to move around and the process of converting it to a bed is quick and easy. The assembly took 2 people, which is a must for certain assembly tasks, about 45 minutes. The most difficult part of the assembly was lining up the 4 screws to attach the footboard/front of sofa to the frame. You need to have a flashlight to see the holes and just barely screw in each screw leaving some wiggle room to line up the remaining holes with the screws. My only complaint is that it is pretty low to the ground making it difficult to get up off of from the bed. I figure it will just help me strengthen my leg muscles with getting in and out of the bed. ... show more

    • Sturdy but difficult assembly instructions
It's low but sturdy once done putting together. A few wrong screws. So it took me over an hour to put together. Luckily I had similar screws in my tool kit at home so I was able to get it done. To pull out every night it is kinda noisy. The cushions r ok but thin probably needs a topper. I was scared it would come apart because I didn't get all the screws. The sleep quality is OK. The size is perfect for small spaces. It is annoying to foldout and put back together. The material seem strong and it was comfortably smooth and soft ... show more

    • A Very Good Value!
For what it is, it deserves 5 stars. Is it pretty cheap? Yes. But, was it inexpensive? Again, yes. This pull out couch is excellent for that once or twice a year visitor. Will that visitor find this bed super comfy? Indeed not. Will they appreciate that they didn't have to go to a (possibly) not-so-near hotel? Yes. As others have noted, the assembly instructions could have been better. Again, as others noted, when the back is attached to the main frame, the screws are too long and protrude into the back fabric. I could see this either damaging the wall, or the fabric, or both. I added three more flat washers to use up some of the bolts' length to solve this minor issue. Overall, the sofa looks like a piece of 3/4 size furniture - the kind a real estate agent might place in a room to make said room look larger. It's not so low to the ground (as other sofa beds) making it difficult to get up from the sofa or bed. I expected wood framing, but was surprise as to how much steel was employed in the construction of the item. Summary: This Krcix pull out couch was a good value for my intended use. ... show more

    • RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT

What an experience!!! The sofa came damaged. There were dents in the frame, the vacuum sealed cushions had permanent zipper lines from the other cushions they were sealed with - and the color was not as described in the picture, plus the sofa was tiny - terrible. Once assembled and in the chaise position if you repositioned yourself on the sofa the bottom cushions would slip out. AND speaking of cushions, they are NOT thick enough for sitting!! You can feel the bars underneath you - so uncomfortable!!! After a day of having this damaged, cheaply made product I decided to return it. It was not worth keeping. Oooh what a HUGE headache and beyond frustrating situation that was. The seller gave me the runaround and wouldn’t help with shipping cost and eventually I had to open an A-Z claim through Amazon. The seller wanted their product back but, didn’t want to pay for shipping. They had written me to return it on my dime, if they were to refund me for the sofa. My husband and I went to UPS to return the product and it cost $460. WHAT. The shipping was more than the sofa!!!! I couldn’t believe it. It took the seller 3 weeks, 3 weeks to fully refund me for the sofa and they only paid partial for the shipping cost. ABSOLUTE Nightmare. Thank goodness Amazon is a reputable company and takes care of its customers when 3rd party sellers don’t. They refunded me the balance of the cost of shipping. Though it took many, many phone calls to customer service. Amazons customer service team was very helpful during this debacle. ***RUN AWAY FROM THIS SELLER and PRODUCT*** ... show more

    • Great price and good quality
Awesome for the price! We mostly use this as a sleeper and it works great and easy to assemble. The only two things I don’t love is the pillows are pretty flat. I tossed the small ones they never fluffed up. The bigger pillows are better, however they are kind of a pain to wash the covers due to the buttons. I had to make a small cut in order to remove the covers to wash and now the one side of the bottom won’t stay and I constantly have to fix it. I need to sew it back but who had time for that? Lastly, I wish they would have put the dark backing on all three cushions and not just two. I would have paid more for the extra backing on all three, but it’s not that serious. I did purchase an extra sleeping cushion called Gembed and it fits behind the couch and folds out for an extra layer of cushion when sleeping. Other than that, it’s a great love seat and I would recommend for the price and comfortably. ... show more

    • Kids couch
4 stars because it's pretty much what I expected. It's decent and comfortable enough for the cheap price. It's kinda firm but Ill be using a foam pad on it. Rather small which is okay with me. It's just for overnight visits from grand babies. It's a perfect little kid size couch.
