The mattresses are firm and are 4 inches thick and you do not feel the metal frame. The frame is solid and sturdy. I made sure I measured the small office before ordering and it fit perfectly. I have slept on it four times and it was comfortable.     • Beautiful in the room but not as comfy as hoped
I love this loveseat. The material is soft and cleans so easily. The pullouts is easy to slide in and out. It’s a beautiful addition to my living room. The reason for four stars is when sitting for long periods of time you do begin to feel the bars under the cushions which isn’t very comfy. Another small reason is when pulled out to the chaise position the wheels have a tendency to keep sliding on the floor which causes a gap between the seat cushions. It would be a good improvement to have a way for the wheels to be locked when it is extended. Other than those minor issues I would definitely recommend this if you have a smaller space that needs a small loveseat. ... show more

This is ideal for small places. It fits well and it's very comfortable. It wasn't too hard to assemble and the instructions were pretty straightforward. I would recommend it. In a pinch, if I have company it's easy to make this into a bed.

Our bed is in storage. We moved into a tiny cottage, the bedroom is only 9'x12'. We open this into a bed every night and convert it back to a sofa for daytime. It's transforms easily and takes under a minute. The bed is comfortable, firm memory foam and the 3 cushions stay in place while we sleep. The size is good for two average people. My husband is 6 feet tall, weighs 225, I am 5'4, weigh 135. The steel frame is sturdy, it slides in and out easily. The fabric is soft and nice. It's perfect for our needs. ... show more

    • Okay, but not great as a sofa, thumbs down as a bed or guest bed!
I do NOT recommend this product as a Guest Bed! The padding is very cushy when set up as a sofa, however it is horrible as a bed. As a sofa I would call the comfort and style 'average' for the price. The fabric will likely get loose with wear though it is soft, I'm skeptical about its durability. The bed cushions are not firm at all for sleeping and you can actually FEEL the METAL on your bones and joints. Metal is very hard, I see this item as potentially causing injury or physical pain if slept on. Of course, another layer of padding could be added but the that would be an additional expense and defeat the purpose of having an All-In-One, sofa-bed. Also, the shipping was delayed due to weather, while I understand this can happen, Amazon's system for communicating with sellers and attempting to get a shipping updates is not efficient, and takes too much time waiting for replies. Also, the assembly instructions were awful! There was a particular part of the instructions that are critical to the pull out section for the bed that caused a lot of confusion and ultimately we had to take apart and rebuild a section because the diagrams and written instructions are so poorly written, we did it wrong the first time. There are NO videos with instruction DEMO's that I could find on YouTube for this product and the supposed video that's available through the QR code Did Not Work! We tried on different devices multiple times. Based on the above, I can only give it a ONE and don't recommend it. Shipped in one box it's VERY heavy, so consider that in the event you'd want to return it! ... show more
