This is a great loveseat! The cushions are really firm and with the metal frame when used as a bed it’s a bit hard, but I just added a full size foam topper cut to the correct size and it’s much more comfortable to sleep on. The size of this sleeper is bigger than a twin bed and smaller than a full size. You will want to use full or queen size fitted sheet for the mattress. This gives a single person quite a bit of room and in my case room for myself and a large dog to sleep. I appreciate the fact that the back of the loveseat is stationary creating a headboard when used as a bed. It’s pretty lightweight and easy to move around and the process of converting it to a bed is quick and easy. The assembly took 2 people, which is a must for certain assembly tasks, about 45 minutes. The most difficult part of the assembly was lining up the 4 screws to attach the footboard/front of sofa to the frame. You need to have a flashlight to see the holes and just barely screw in each screw leaving some wiggle room to line up the remaining holes with the screws. My only complaint is that it is pretty low to the ground making it difficult to get up off of from the bed. I figure it will just help me strengthen my leg muscles with getting in and out of the bed. ... show more

3 in 1 sofa bed. Cute, firm, and good for a small space. I am really happy with my purchase! The only negatives I would say is there is an issue with the Velcro and the charger on it will not charge a usb-c and it is very firm. I purchased this for when my son came to visit. I did end putting a really nice mattress pad on top of it, hoping to make it less firm. However, even with that it is still pretty firm microfoam. The positive is that it does actually make up into a bed where you can put a fitted sheet completely around it, and then a flat sheet on top. The only issue I found while making the bed is there is Velcro on the side of the inside of the arms and that ends up sticking to the mattress pad or sheet you’re trying to put on the bed, so putting a mattress pad and sheets on it is a bit of a challenge because of the Velcro. I did end up purchasing another Velcro to put over it for when I make it into a bed. The Velcro is needed though for when the bed goes into a couch position, there is a Velcro strap that holds it in place. The USB port is a nice feature however it does not work with the USB-C charger for Apple phones. Esthetically I really do like the way it looks. It’s a nice looking piece of furniture. ... show more

Sits lower to the ground than I like but I’m 6ft . A adult guest is sleeping on it it’s firm but comfortable. Would like a different material but this was cheaper. Oh well all in all not mad I bought it

I have really been super happy with this couch... it works perfect for my situation. It's sturdy, well built and looks amazing. My puppy and I use it for couch in daytime and pull out for sleeping and it's very comfortable. Was easy to put together and I'm happy I decided to purchase. I looked at so many before deciding this one would fit my space nicely and of course the price was good for me as well. I bought the beige colored one, it's warm colored and getting alot of use and continues to look great!!! I would definitely recommend. It's smaller which I needed but packs a punch!!! What an experience!!! The sofa came damaged. There were dents in the frame, the vacuum sealed cushions had permanent zipper lines from the other cushions they were sealed with - and the color was not as described in the picture, plus the sofa was tiny - terrible. Once assembled and in the chaise position if you repositioned yourself on the sofa the bottom cushions would slip out. AND speaking of cushions, they are NOT thick enough for sitting!! You can feel the bars underneath you - so uncomfortable!!! After a day of having this damaged, cheaply made product I decided to return it. It was not worth keeping. Oooh what a HUGE headache and beyond frustrating situation that was. The seller gave me the runaround and wouldn’t help with shipping cost and eventually I had to open an A-Z claim through Amazon. The seller wanted their product back but, didn’t want to pay for shipping. They had written me to return it on my dime, if they were to refund me for the sofa. My husband and I went to UPS to return the product and it cost $460. WHAT. The shipping was more than the sofa!!!! I couldn’t believe it. It took the seller 3 weeks, 3 weeks to fully refund me for the sofa and they only paid partial for the shipping cost. ABSOLUTE Nightmare. Thank goodness Amazon is a reputable company and takes care of its customers when 3rd party sellers don’t. They refunded me the balance of the cost of shipping.
