They quickly corrected the issue and checked back to ensure I was happy. This company has REMARKABLE communication and I wish this was the standard for all sellers on Amazon. Now for the couch. Definitely sturdy! It can hold a LOT of weight and you don't feel uneasy like with some small couches. It's easy to pull into a bed and is pretty comfortable too. It's the c perfect size for a bedroom and navigating a narrow hallway. I use it as a playroom couch/guest bedroom bed. I LOVE that it has build in cup holders. I don't use the charger port but I like that it is there. I do wish they would not put hard to remove part stickers on the couch but I'm sure I can get the residue off. Very nice! I bought this for my son In his game room and its great! Coming from someone who hates putting anything together, this was actually a breeze. I did it myself in about an hour but would easily be put together by someone with any experience much faster. It's very sturdy. Bought this for my teenage son and he loves it. Saves space, easy to switch from sofa to bed… the instructions were a little goofy and seemed a little backwards imo but wasn’t overly difficult to put together. He’s been using it 3+ months now and haven’t had a single issue.

I bought this because when converted, all pad levels were the same height, it could hold weight up to 1,00 lbs, and the total length when converted is 75 inches long. I originally wrote the following review, but I'm now lowering my product rating to one star instead of 3 because I was trying to be nice giving it a 3, but now the seller has pissed me off. After my original review, I received an email apologizing for their product and describing how they are planning to improve their sofa. Great - doesn't help me, but best of luck. They then offered me a full refund. I thought that was really nice, so I followed the instructions and responded "Full Refund." Who wouldn't? Then I received an email saying that they only give full refunds for products that are damaged and they will send me new cushions and pillows. The last thing I want is another set of these cushions and flimsy pillows to deal with! Dear seller - don't offer a full refund unless you are willing to give a full refund. Taking back the offer jsut makes me dislike this couch even more. This product is just OK. For the price it will do what I need it to do, which is be a pullout bed for one guest, but it is definitely a cheap little sofa. The pillows are very thin and the small ones look ridiculous. The cushions are very firm and I may need to get a topper to make it a little more comfy - at least you can't feel the metal frame through the mattress, so that is a plus. I read several rave reviews before buying this product, so I wanted to write a realistic review that would actually be helpful. Perfect for a tiny apartment very straightforward and pretty easy to assemble The back cushion did not plump up all the way however when reported they immediately sent us a new cushion for it. Like the cup holders and like that it has a tiny USB charger on the side.
