This is a perfect couch if you are needing something temporary or not used often. Pros: Its a great couch. Not difficult to assemble by ones self.Hnot big and fits in small areas. Great for studio/dorm living. Easy to move and not too heavy. Cons: After over a month of use, the cushions have sunk down so the edge of the part to pull it open digs into the leg when seated. I originally wrote the following review, but I'm now lowering my product rating to one star instead of 3 because I was trying to be nice giving it a 3, but now the seller has pissed me off. After my original review, I received an email apologizing for their product and describing how they are planning to improve their sofa. Great - doesn't help me, but best of luck. They then offered me a full refund. I thought that was really nice, so I followed the instructions and responded "Full Refund." Who wouldn't? Then I received an email saying that they only give full refunds for products that are damaged and they will send me new cushions and pillows. The last thing I want is another set of these cushions and flimsy pillows to deal with! Dear seller - don't offer a full refund unless you are willing to give a full refund. Taking back the offer jsut makes me dislike this couch even more. This product is just OK. For the price it will do what I need it to do, which is be a pullout bed for one guest, but it is definitely a cheap little sofa. The pillows are very thin and the small ones look ridiculous. The cushions are very firm and I may need to get a topper to make it a little more comfy - at least you can't feel the metal frame through the mattress, so that is a plus. I read several rave reviews before buying this product, so I wanted to write a realistic review that would actually be helpful. We really like this sofa bed! My husband said it was very easy to assemble. We have it stretched out a lot of the time and it's comfortable and easy to fall asleep on. It's also great for guests when it's in the sofa mode. The only issue was that the zipper on one of the toss pillows was broken, but other than that, we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it!! ... show more
