First off, the lightweight design is a godsend. At my age, I can’t be hauling around heavy gas-powered machines anymore, and this thing weighs next to nothing compared to my old blower. Switching between blower, vacuum, and mulcher modes is a breeze – just a quick swap of the attachments, and I’m ready to go. The 10 Amp motor packs a serious punch; it blasts leaves into neat piles even on windy days, and the vacuum mode sucks them up without clogging, which was a problem with my last vac. The media could not be loaded. This little blower/vacuum/mulcher does a good job as one of these and a much, much better job at the other two. We have a bunch of bougainvillea bushes that constantly flood our patio with their pink leaves. And I mean line a three- or four-inch layer around the edges of the patio. You can’t use a blower on them because you just blow the problem around the yard and eventually, they seem to come back to the patio. I had a much larger blower/vacuum that broke and, in the meantime, I’ve tried using my shop vac. The shop vac doesn’t work well because it gets filled up way too quickly. You really need the mulching function the yard vacs have. So, I ordered this and was excited it came. It’s very easy to put together and you only need a Phillips head screwdriver for two screws. After that I was ready to give it a try. This little vacuum worked great. It’s much lighter than my old one and still has great power to suck up leaves and dust. My old broken vacuum had a huge leaf bag so I had mixed feelings about this smaller bag when I was putting it together. After using it I think the smaller bag has some advantages. It’s lighter when you’re vacuuming and easier to empty. Sure, you have to empty it more often but with my larger vacuum emptying it was time consuming and very dirty. This little vacuum did everything I needed it to do very well. It’s a powerful vacuum and ground the leaves up into small pieces for mulch or the trash. Yes, it has the blower function too and it does come in handy sometimes especially since it’s so easy to switch back and forth from blower to vacuum. But just keep in mind that this is a pretty small blower and if you’re really looking for a powerful yard blower this won’t cut it and you probably want a cordless one anyway. However, If you’re looking for an inexpensive powerful yard vacuum that also has a smaller blower for light work, this is a great option. It’s well built, easy to set up and is fairly quiet as far as these machines go. And if you’re pressed for space, the vacuum and blower are one unit so storage is pretty easy and it’s hard to lose the parts. Overall, a great value and a product that does the job well.

I struggled a bit to put this together, the tube/spout? Part was a bit of an awkward fit and took a minute to snap in place, but it wasn’t a huge deal since you only need to do it once. I used it on the blow setting to dry my car when I was detailing it. Not a ton of power but it helped get all those annoying crevasses free of water that normally drips down and ruins your cutting/polishing compounds or ceramic coating. After using it on the car I used it to clean off a bit of my patio, works much better on leaves and pine needles! My biggest gripe is the short cord. I know you can/are meant to use these with an extension cord - but I hate having to dig out an extra thing, plus it gets in the way - and I don’t have outlets everywhere I want to use it.

My yard is surrounded by huge pine trees, plus maples and oaks, so my deck and patio are constantly covered in pine needles and tiny leaves year-round. I used to spend forever sweeping with a broom, but it could never get everything out of the corners and cracks, plus everything was covered again a day later. This electric leaf blower/vacuum combo has been a total lifesaver! The vacuum feature is amazing. It easily cleared all the debris from those tricky corners and cracks that my broom couldn’t reach. I even used it on my patio chair cushions that were covered in leaves, and it worked perfectly. The attached collection bag looks small, but it actually holds a lot since the vacuum mulches everything down. I cleared my entire deck and still didn’t fill the bag! The blower isn’t as powerful as a gas blower, but it works great for smaller areas and for moving leaves into a pile before vacuuming them up. The only downside is that the bag does expel quite a bit of dust while you’re working, so I’ll probably wear a mask next time. Even with that, I’m honestly so excited to use this again. It saves me so much time and effort, gets into every little spot, and leaves my deck spotless in minutes. Highly recommend for anyone with lots of trees around their yard!
