First, I want to say that the couch does come in two packages and I did receive them on two separate days. I received the first part on Thursday and the second part on Friday. I contacted the seller because Amazon said the package was delivered after I received the first half and they then gave me the second packages tracking number and I was able to see that it was going to be delivered like they said the following day. It is heavy, but it’s pretty easy to unwrap it and get it set up. It took my husband about 15 minutes total. It is very firm and super soft. It’s very comfortable. I can lay on the chaise and I’m 5’7 and my husband who’s also 5’7 can lay on the other half and we both fit very comfortably. I was kind of skeptical about ordering a couch off of Amazon, but I’m very happy that I did. I am plus size 315 pounds so I tend to break furniture very easily and I was looking for something that didn’t have skinny little legs or a wooden structure and I think this is perfect for me. I don’t think I could ever break it. When I sit on it, it doesn’t leave a crater and it firms back up right away. ... show more

I love this sectional! It was very easy to assemble. I love the color (black). The fabric is soft and the couch is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this sectional. It's not too large or expensive. Very affordable!

We are a family of five, with three littles 4 and under and this is a perfect couch. It’s actually bigger than expected and though it came in two separate boxes with some time in between the communication from the seller was polite, and helpful. It’s soft durable and a good size.

I like the couch but it is very firm. A little softer would be nice. It came super quick, over a week earlier than originally indicated. It was very easy to set up but the boxes were very heavy. Bothe boxes came at the same time.

The media could not be loaded. Just came in today, approximately 19 days early, and looks and feels nice. There’s a lot of comments saying it’s lower than the average couch and that it’s small, however I’m 6 foot and it fits just right for me. For the price and quality I’d say A+, maybe consider keeping pets that dig off. It is very comfy and for someone who has a bad back that’s saying a lot especially compared to my old couch, which was over $1k from living spaces and turned out to not be all that great especially. The pillows look thin but otherwise still are comfortable in my opinion however it hasn’t been 72hrs yet so I’ll let it take its time if it still needs to inflate. Should have recorded the unboxing because it was just as the video above it took seconds to inflate even thought it says it may take 72hrs. ... show more
