I was pleasently surprised by how well this mixer works. Got busy and made sordough banana bread, sourdough apple quick btead, and a sourdough honey vanilla cake in one evening. Mixes everything quickly and efficiently without leaving a huge flour mess behind. Love that plastic cover, saves me a ton of clean up.

I have been searching for the perfect mixer for various baking scenarios and bought one and returned it that was more expensive than this one. I am VERY well pleased with this purchase. For starters it is easy to operate I didn't have to read the instructions, I love that it suctions to my counter for easy and reduced mess. The attachments are very simple and easy to remove and the bowl removal is also easy and ideal for baking bread, making anything you need a mixer for. I have made several loafs of bread and home made donuts with this and it has eliminated the hand kneading and reduced time involved. The motor works well and it is overall a very good buy. I have the black one but the red is one I considered. It's very well made and the quality is top notch!

I used to work at Williams Sonoma and naturally the Kitchenaid miixer.was very popular. But at the time I didn't really have much of a need for it. But lately I have been thinking of making more bread, other baked goods, but still not want something as expensive and heavy..I have a bad back and don't plan on displaying this on my counter. I wanted something light weight to pull out and put away. Arrived quickly and in great shape. I Love the color, which other brands don't offer. And it really is a beautiful shape, size, design.. I wanted to make some banana bread as a gift to a neighbor and while I don't usually even use my hand mixer for that I decided to use my new mixer to test it out. I would say it meets my expectations. It is easy to use and not too noisy. The bowl is tall and has a low profile which will be nice for storage, doesn't leave much room for scraping down the sides or for adding ingredients. I only used the whisk attachment as the batter would not require kneading and it managed the two cups of flour easily.. My mom's old mixer from the 50's had two beaters and the bowl turned so you could scrap down the sides. I do kind of wish the bowl turned as I had to stop and raise whisk to do that. I think it will just take a little getting used to. I didn't use the splatter shield this time but I can see where it might come in handy. I also think a handle on the bowl would be helpful. It was awkwad to pour the batter into the loaf pan. I would recommend this mixer for anyone who wants something that looks pretty, is light weight, works very well, and saves money. Very good value. I will update this review once I make some smash icy or honey wheat bread, etc.

I bought this for Christmas, I needed a mixer that could handle thick dough. I wasn't let down, it comes with metal attachments, that's what I wanted. Very pleased with this mixer. It's really pretty. Fits in my kitchen, mixes with ease. Great quality,no smell at all, has a great metal bowl you can double the recipe. I recommend this product.

I have had this mixer for 2 months and have used it maybe 6-7 times to make cookies, a loaf of bread, half batch of bagels etc. It overheats and shuts down after 5 minutes. The last few times I’ve used it the entire attachment mechanism has worked loose to the point that the greasy screw (along with the dough hook) fell into my batter. It’s past the point where I can return it and I keep a tiny screw driver now in the kitchen so I can tighten the screw when it comes loose (which is every time I try to use it). Very disappointed.
