I thought long and hard about buying an appliance on Amazon. However, it seemed to fit my needs and offered quick delivery. The product was delivered in perfect condition and although I live alone, I was able to maneuver it into my home, up two steps and onto a raised surface - heavy, but doable by yourself. The setup was easy. Hook up the vent hose on both ends and plug it in. I would prefer if they included an aluminum vent hose, rather than a plastic one, but I did replace theirs with an aluminum one, which I think is required by code where I live. My prior vent was 4" vs. 3" on this dryer, so I also purchased a coupler from amazon, and it connected the 3" hose to the 4" vent pretty easily. Once it was setup the dryer seems to work perfectly. It dries items quickly and is quieter than my prior dryer. I think the 3.5 cu. ft. drum size is sufficient for a small family. I've only had the dryer for a little over a week, but so far, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase!

First of all, I LOVE this dryer. That said, there were two problems with installation, but there will be for ANY dryer you buy. The supplied exhaust hose was smaller diameter than standard, but we managed to adapt that to a standard hose/clamp from the hardware store. The second was fit. I had to measure carefully to match the dimensions for the space my old dryer occupied. This wone was the closest choice with the same drum capacity. But it was boxed with two pieces of plywood, and we cut one of them down a bit to provide a firm platform on the rack. Problems solved. Now, I have to say I love it! Good capacity, and it dries SO much more efficiently than my old one. Sure, the lint filter takes a little bit more time to clean, but it's nothing to bitch about. Best of all, it has a feature I've never seen before. Sometimes it stops spinning for a few seconds, then resumes spinning in the opposite direction. This keeps the load from balling up, so you don't have to do it by hand. GENIUS! What ever will they think of next?

I absolutely love this mini dryer! It gets the job well done! Perfect size if you live in an apartment/mobile home. If you pack the dryer full your clothes will dry in atleast an hour. But if you but the right amount of close it dry completely in about 45 minutes! Great buy! Great price! Highly recommend! The heat gets to a good high enough to do what it got to do. Clothes come out nice and soft. It doesn’t use too much powers! And the durability is great!!!

I purchased this item back in December to replace another dryer (different brand) that stopped working after only using it for a few months and not getting any further assistance from the company to fix it. Well, it's happening again, but with this dryer. Just like with the previous dryer it worked really good for the first few months and now, my clothes won't get dry. I don't use the dryer every day. I only used it on the weekends. I never overload the dryer and I let it rest for 20 minutes before starting the next cycle. I can't keep spending over $300 to keep replacing these dryers that decide to stop working after only a few months of use. So, I guess it's back to the laundry mat until I can figure something out.

Perfect for what I needed! Small but great for Appartment. It does need longer time to dry if you add more items but that just makes sense. The noise is minimal, only hear the clothes the machine itself is silent. It works well for the price and it is very easy to set up, I have it up in a metal shelf and the legs screw on and off perfect to keep it steady in the shelf. It clothes do no come out hot like in the laundry mat but it dries pretty well. I am not sure about te durability hopefully it will last a while but it was a great price. Just need to clean the filter often I suggest every 2 or 3 dries as it does pick up lots of lint (careful this is flammable). Perfect for me in my tiny Appartment, sabes me time effort and laundry mat money lol (will keep an out out for electricity bill but I don’t believe it would be a huge difference).
