  • So far a great little machine! Would recommend! So far a great little machine! Would recommend!
Size: 2.4cu.ft Color: Gray
I am coming from a larger washing machine and dryer. It was really too large for my space and the washing machine was in need of repair anyway. This washing machine fits the space much better and matches my needs well as I live alone. Let me say over all the machine is absolutely great for my needs but there are a couple of things that I immediately do not like though going with my first impressions. The first is that the skirt around the base is plastic. Aesthetically I think it would be better if it were metal like the rest of the washer, but it looks fine, and this is not at all a big deal nor a deal breaker. The second issue that I have is that I initially thought the washer control panel was a touch interface but instead it is soft touch buttons with a soft plastic cover over all of the buttons and the digital display. The RovSun Dryer that I paired with this machine is touch interface and I believe that it is going to be less prone to damage or issues from wearing out. That said I am ordering a cover for both. The Machine cleans clothes very well. I work outside frequently and it gets my clothes clean. I make use of both the hygiene setting and the turbo setting in my laundry cycles. The machine is very strong in agitating the clothes and the spin cycle works very well. I do use a second spin cycle to make drying even easier for my RovSun Dryer. I also make sure to do an alone spin and drain cycle after I have done all of my laundry to make sure that there is no water remaining in the very bottom of the tub. The detergent dispenser has two separate compartments one for liquid and the other for powder. I use liquid detergent and a powdered laundry booster. The liquid goes in the blue square and the powder goes in the one beside it with the large holes. You can use these for whatever you plan to run in the wash cycle except probably liquid bleach. I doubt that would be safe for most garments. I saw another review discuss they were annoyed that there was not a fabric softener compartment that would only run during the rinse cycle. Just use a Downy Ball. I typically just use a rinse and not a conditioner, but the Downy Ball works great for either. It will not release anything until the rinse cycle as you can see from my photo of it floating around in the middle of the wash cycle on turbo with the extra strong agitation. If you want to use liquid bleach just do it the old fashioned way. Fill the tub before you put clothes in add the bleach then add the clothes. Alternatively, you could use powdered bleach. It dissolves in cold water and is likely a perfect additive for the dispenser with the large holes. It’s generally very concentrated so a little goes a long ways. This little machine can wash two light king sized comforters with no problem. There’s no center agitator so more can fit in less space. The lint trap inside does a great job at trapping the lint in your wash. Make sure to empty it after every load. It’s incredibly simple to do. I also use two floating lint traps as well that help out. There is a pump filter that you will need to clean at least once a month. It is accessed in the back of the machine. I would advise a wheeled washing machine stand to make this chore that much easier. I also bought the extended coverage for this machine that way if something goes wrong it’s not a great hassle to mitigate it. I’ve only had the machine for about a week and I will update immediately if anything changes. ... show more

  • Works great, months of use with no issues
Size: 2.4cu.ft Color: Gray
A friend of mine broke my washer in my apartment by overloading it and I freaked out. I didn’t have enough money for a brand new full size washer and laundromats are so expensive. After consulting my roommate on what to do we settled on getting the biggest size of this washer. We have a washer and dryer hookup, which is a big benefit. After getting this it was a lot bigger than I had expected, which was very satisfying. We have about 3 people using this washer regularly now. We’ve had to use smaller loads than with a regular washer, but after about 3-4 months of use we’ve found this to be a decent replacement especially for the price. It works well, our clothes come out clean and we have no issue with it. The interface is easy to use as well. I feel like we wouldn’t be as happy had we gone for the smaller size, but splurging for the larger one has saved us a ton of time and hassle otherwise. We can’t wash large items like comforters or anything, but I’d still much rather have this than go out to wash my things. It was lightweight too, easy to install and I’ll probably keep it with me for the next apartment I go to. I’d definitely suggest this washer for someone who can’t afford anything huge, and so long as you’re not putting anything crazy heavy in it you should get a lot of value out of this. ... show more

  • Best Investment We’ve Made (We Literally Cried When Had to Sell It)
Size: 1.6cu.ft Color: Gray
This washer is incredible and has been such a life saver over the past few years. My fiancé and I decided we wanted to get a portable washing machine to make it easier for myself to do laundry (I’m disabled; buttons are easy to use, the lid is not heavy, an it’s easy to install), we were tired of people taking our laundry out of the shared washers/dryers right after starting our laundry (plus the price is always increasing), and because this washer was advertised as eco friendly. I never expected how amazing of a job this little washer would do. It cleaned all our clothes, towels, and bedsheets super well, it did an incredible job of wringing clothes out, it was super lightweight and easy to use (just hooks up to a sink and drains into it), and it was small enough for us to just tuck into a corner and not take up much room (we have a 1br but it’s small enough to fit into a studio apartment). We sadly just had to say goodbye to it. Not because it broke or anything, but because our apartment complex decided we couldn’t keep it anymore. Even though we’ve gotten our money’s worth at this point, we couldn’t just throw it away, so we decided to sell it. Once we had a buyer, we strongly considered changing our minds and driving it 5 hours for my parents to hang on to for us. After it was actually gone, we both teared up and were super bummed out. I realized that if we were that upset about having to get rid of an inanimate object, it definitely deserves a raving review. If in the future we are living somewhere where we may need a portable washer, we will definitely be purchasing it again. ... show more

  • One of the best purchases I’ve ever made One of the best purchases I’ve ever made
Size: 1.6cu.ft Color: Gray
I got the 1.6 portable washer and hooked it up to a regular washer hookups. I would give it 5 stars but it came to me with a large dent in the front, however it hasn’t affected with the way the washer runs. The test run the manual suggested made me think that the washer didn’t work, so I suggested to ignore that part and test it out by acting like you’re doing a load of laundry. It does come with a sink adapter and it’s easy to install if you are going to use the sink. The placing of the handles on the side makes it almost useless, because they’re not in the same spot on both sides. The wheels work well when it comes to moving, however if you have carpet, you wouldn’t be able to use the wheels to transport the washer. The washer isn’t too noisy, but if you live in an apartment with thin walls, I’m sure your neighbors will hear some slight noises. The two pegs up front are adjustable to make sure your washer is level and to prevent your washer rocking back and forth. There is a tray that you can pull out to put detergent in if you’d like. I haven’t had any issues with leaking or malfunction with the washer. I’m honestly impressed with how well it washed my clothing and the spin cycle is amazing. My clothes came out barely damp. So it’ll make for quick drying. I also suggest to not over fill your washer. The 1.6 took 4 of my largest bath towels (they’re pretty big towels) and 3 of my kitchen towels and ran like a champ. It is a decent size washer, so I’m not sure it’d be ideal for small campers/RVs but if you a larger camper/RV this is your go to! Also, for some unanswered questions: it’s better to turn on your washer then turn on your water. Yes, you leave the water on through the whole cycle. If you are using this via sink, bathroom sink, then you can only use cold water. Make sure you’re drain hose is 35-39 inches above the ground to drain or else you’ll ruin your washer and or flood your house. There’s a filter on the bottom in the back of the washer, make sure you clean it out or else your washer will start to get mildew and make a weird smell. The washer is easy to operate and the child lock works great. Oiled, or greasy clothes are not recommended to wash in this washer, it’ll clog it up and eventually ruin the washer. You can move the washer by yourself but I suggest, getting help as it can be heavy to someone who maybe older or has back issues. Also always UNPLUG the washer after you are finish using it. Leaving it plugged in can damage the washer and make it not work, as it is not meant to be stayed plugged in. I’ll do more updates on the washer as more time goes by. ... show more

  • Powerful and Great! Powerful and Great!
Size: 1.6cu.ft Color: Gray
Edit: January 27, 2026: clean clothes abound! Still no issues, still washing great! Haven’t had an accidental spill since I learned what to do and how to use it. Can’t recommend it enough! Edit: May/2025: still working GREAT! It’s probably paid for itself already, but I did have a leak in my kitchen sink so my apartment people put a new faucet in and now I’m unable to use the kitchen sink because the connections aren’t right. No worries, however! I was able to take my shower head/hose in along with the hose of the washer to my local hardware store and they found the correct fitting for me to hook them up that way so I’m able to wash again, just in the bathroom instead of the kitchen. A much smaller space, so that con is all on me. I’ve done quite a few loads and it’s still washing away and working great! Original review: This machine is a little beast! I delivered it to my grandpa’s house, which means I had to load it up into my car to get to my place, and that took two people. Getting it out and into my apartment took another two people, so make sure you have some help or some extra super strong muscles to move this thing on your own. Especially up and down stairs, as the box (which I tried cutting hand-holds into without success because it ripped) is awkward. I did order the dolly which was suggested to buy with it and I am glad I did. I would never be able to maneuver this thing around my apartment without wheels. As for the washing part: Extremely easy to set up. I did have a little trial-and-error with connecting it to my kitchen sink; the pressure would build and pop the connector piece off of the actual faucet. I noticed the “spout” on my sink had threads, so I took the spray-head off the spout and connected it that way, and to my surprise it worked. My fingers did get a little chopped up from having to tighten it (it still leaks slightly) so make sure you have a tool to help you tighten it down, but got through a couple of washes without the pressure forcing it off the faucet. I made the mistake already of not putting the drain hose over the sink, so my kitchen floor got a nice and deep unintentional clean lol. Only make that mistake once, and I’m sure you will remember like I did. As for the draining itself, it’s amazing. I’m so used to using a small 10lb Kuppet machine that I had to manually fill with water from my shower head, drain with a gravity drain, and then move the clothes by hand into the spinner which only fit half of the load at a time, so having a machine that does all the work in one go for me is grand. The water moves fast through the hose, and it took a bit of finagling to get the hose just right on the edge of my sink, but I do not fear it coming loose. I did try letting it drain into a 5 gallon bucket, but even the small load takes more than 5 gallons of water, so if you’re planning on draining that way, grab at least two or three Homer buckets. I was able to get a good 4 heavy hoodies in the ‘med’ load size (which I used for my first load to see how it did) and I absolutely could have fit more clothes in. I did about 20 garnments in the wash today (see the attached picture for two loads) and could have probably pushed it to 30 garnments and been fine. That’s two loads, people. MUCH more than what I’m used to. The con’s that I’ve found out as of now have been small. I need to play around more with the settings, but find everything works properly on the ‘wash, rinse, spin’/Medium/Cold/Heavy cycle. Button pressing does switch the settings, so before you hit start, make sure everything is where it needs to be. For some reason or another, the cycle washed and spun when I set it to a normal cycle, but didn’t do the rinse. It sat and drained for about 10 minutes without doing anything else, and acted like it was in a rinse cycle but didn’t have any water; the tub was just moving the clothes around dry, before I turned the power off and powered it back on, choosing just the ‘rinse and spin’ cycle to finish the load. So there are ways around it if the machine isn’t doing exactly what you want to do on the first setting. After today’s loads, it worked perfectly so I’m not sure if it was due to user error or something with the computer. It honestly could have been something I did. The spin cycle gets the clothes mostly dry. I put them on a clothes drying rack and about two hours later were able to fold them and put them away. As of right now, I do not feel the need to invest in one of those small portable dryers, as I’ve read it takes two hours to dry with those anyway. I live in a small-ish apartment (630 SqFt), and though this washer does take up a little bit of space, I plan on using it as my laundry hamper. I’ll throw my dirty clothes in at the end of the day, and when it gets to a proper load size, I’ll just wheel the machine out from where I’m keeping it in my bedroom and into the kitchen, do the wash, and put the machine away. I’m estimating it’ll be about twice a week, which is perfect for me. I mostly wear scrubs and leggings and t-shirts, so I don’t have many heavy or bulky loads to do, and it’ll save me some space with getting rid of my laundry baskets! This machine is very quiet. I couldn’t hear it from outside my apartment door, or outside from the sidewalk with my windows wide open. I even had music playing and still had to check to make sure everything was running because I thought a couple of times it had shut off. I think this machine is absolutely great and a huge step up from my little Kuppet that I’ve been using since 2018. It feels very well made, nothing cheap about it, even with the hoses that come with it. There’s not much I would change about it, except maybe find a way to make it a little lighter. If I ever need to get it out of my apartment again, I will definitely need some help. I’ll update in the future if anything about my review changes, but as of now I highly recommend it, especially for the price point! In total, my order came to about $380 including the dolly. If you can get it cheaper than that, you’re getting a STEAL! ... show more

  • Easy to hook up and use; huge tub; plenty of flexible options to get the desired laundry cycle.
Size: 2.4cu.ft Color: Gray
This is a wonderful product. It may cost more than some others, but it's well worth it. I easily hooked it up to my single-handled kitchen sink faucet that allows me to easily fine-tune the water temperature to suit the fabric I'm washing. [NOTE: I noticed that some folks complained about water getting all over the place. This may be due to not reading the instruction manual carefully enough. In addition to making sure the hose washers are intact, if you are using a single-handled faucet like I am, you should hook the faucet hose up to the hot water intake in the machine and then MAKE SURE TO USE THE SUPPLIED CAP TO SCREW ON TO THE COLD WATER INTAKE in place of a cold water hose.] I put the washer on an adjustable-size appliance dolly with lockable wheels to make it easy to move around the kitchen and then hold its position when in use. The water intake hose is plenty long, as is the drain hose, the end of which I stick into the same kitchen sink from which I get the water. (I recommend using the kitchen sink instead of a smaller bathroom sink that might overflow when draining water from a really full washer tank.) I really appreciate the drain pump; it's much more convenient than the gravity-fed drain on my cheaper, 5-yr-old, two-tub counter-top washer (one tub for washing; a second, smaller tub for spin rinsing). And I can wash, rinse and spin all using this single-tub model, so once I start the laundering process, I can leave it unattended from start to finish. A tremendous improvement over the old machine. The washing tub is huge, almost as big as a full-size commercial washing machine; and it apparently has automatic load balancing, as I've done several small and large loads without its ever getting out of balance. I like the clear top on the machine that allows you to see what's going on in the tub. But if you do a hot water wash, you may have to pause the machine, lift the fogged lid and wipe it down inside so you can see clearly. (I did this only the first couple of times I used it to make sure everything was working properly. After that I didn't bother to watch the action.) Conveniently, this washer holds as much as my compact (but still relatively large) Panda dryer that I also bought on Amazon, so I can get a lot of laundry done more efficiently. (No more having a washing tub that is bigger than the spin rinse tub and far smaller than the capacity of the dryer.) It has a huge number of easily programmable options, so you get exactly the laundry cycle you want. There's also a "hygiene" option to automatically do a third rinse cycle. (I find this very useful when washing socks because I have, over the years, developed contact dermatitis on my shins and ankles, so I need to get socks rinsed out really well to prevent itching.) The only unknown is the machine's durability. But it looks pretty sturdy, and I also got an extended warranty, so I think this will be fine for many years. So far, I'm extremely pleased with this product. It makes laundering much easier and more efficient. ... show more

The only reason I put a four star is because it had a small scratch on it and when the light hits it just right you see it has a light scrape marks were the little scratch is , it would of been nice if there was no scratch and scraping marks ,other then that I love this washer I bought the Comfee 1.6 qu ft ,it's large enough to wash queen size blanket ,or a set of sheets for a double size bed I been washing close for four straight days ,and hang them out to dry they dry in about 2 hours. On a nice warm day .So I can wash more and hang out more, due to the spin cycle works great ,I had Kenmore washer and dryer in the past that worked good for many years but this comfee washing machine spins out the clothes better,I been hand washing all my clothes ,sheets and blankets by hand for almost five years now ,and I really appreciate having this comfee washing machine,I recommend not over filling it ,this could be why some reviews say it doesn't spin good . It gets all my close ,sheets blankets nice and clean ,I use tide powder soap as recommended ,not the liquid soap. I have the drain hose and water hooked up with a regular washer drain hookup in the wall ,it does come with hook ups for a sink and regular washing machine size and drain hose . It has hot and cold water ,I highly recommend the Comfee 1.6 qu. Ft washing machine. When it arrives just lift the box up to the ceiling to open the box . This will not hold a comforter or large thick blankets. The Comfee washing machine is a good powerful washing machine.I am really happy with it if it last long enough ,I will buy another one in the future . ... show more
