I will never buy another Samsung washer and dryer EVER. I can't get it to wash a bath mat. It won't spin just keeps running in one direction then stops and runs in the opposite direction and vice versa....it never spins as it should. I love my washer and dryer handle with care and nothing seems to b wrong. Not happy I had to pay extra for the parts for but the overall condition and care of my washer and dryer was phenomenal. Shot out the my delivery guys.
