It’s whisper quiet (nice) but I can hear it start to load and come back it hasn’t filled. Not sure what delay is. If I restart and stand there eventually it starts. It’s new so I’m trying to get hang of it. It’s huge and cute. Looks good.

I have had this machine for five years and have nothing but problems. Every part on the machine has gone out. The washer inlet will commonly fail and cause water to constantly drip water even after cycle is completed. This will also lead to the wash cycle not completely finishing. My lock sensor in the door has now gone out. Once again one ONE cycle on this machine still works, after having to “trick” it to get it to work. The paired dryer is no better. Had to replace the heating element just after five years as well. Still doesn’t dry clothes very well. DO. NOT. BUY. Appliances have maintenance but we starting to get more expensive to replace parts constantly and having to Rewash clothes and burrow other machines from friends to be able to wash anything. Currently shopping for a new set. ... show more

    • This is my first major appliance that I have bought that was brand new.
Just got it today from HomeDepot on sale, have already done 5 loads (lot to catch up on after a month, we have lots of clothes). I suggest you read the guide that comes with it as it has lots of good information on how to use it. It has a locking feature so it can spin at a higher ratio. If you want to leave items in to soak do so with the lid closed after you have selected to cancel the cycle. If you leave the lid open the water WILL drain after 10 minutes which is a very good idea if you power happens to go off you would be surprised by nasty water in it. I can't wait to finish all the clothes that have been sitting around due to weather changes. This is my first major appliance that I have bought that was brand new. I'm a big girl now! ... show more

Much higher rated on home Depot site. Hmmm. Easy to understand dials. Quiet operation (our last HE washer was much noisier). Deep but 5ft 1in person can reach bottom. Deep fill option very important for very dirty clothes. Has liquid chlorine bleach hole BUT NO FABRIC SOFTENER hole so if u use fabric softener don't get this one. Check out sister machines with different options. Warm wash is really like room temp not warm but the directions say that, so choose hot if u want warm. Autos ensign does seem to fill too much like other reviewer said. P.s. this is an easy machine to use, not like other reviewers complaints. ... show more
