    • Sensitivity hard to figure out
It’s whisper quiet (nice) but I can hear it start to load and come back it hasn’t filled. Not sure what delay is. If I restart and stand there eventually it starts. It’s new so I’m trying to get hang of it. It’s huge and cute. Looks good.

    • This is my first major appliance that I have bought that was brand new.
Just got it today from HomeDepot on sale, have already done 5 loads (lot to catch up on after a month, we have lots of clothes). I suggest you read the guide that comes with it as it has lots of good information on how to use it. It has a locking feature so it can spin at a higher ratio. If you want to leave items in to soak do so with the lid closed after you have selected to cancel the cycle. If you leave the lid open the water WILL drain after 10 minutes which is a very good idea if you power happens to go off you would be surprised by nasty water in it. I can't wait to finish all the clothes that have been sitting around due to weather changes. This is my first major appliance that I have bought that was brand new. I'm a big girl now! ... show more

We’ve had this machine 2 1/2 years and it’s aweful. The spin cycle has to constantly be stopped to re position the clothes so it won’t walk across the room. The locking mechanism makes it very difficult to add anything after starting. And the “high efficiency” designation just means it will never allow you to use hot water even if it’s set on hot, we had a tech come out while it was under warranty who told us that Florida tap water temperature is already considered hot by the computer so it doesn’t open the hot water valve ever. ... show more

Much higher rated on home Depot site. Hmmm. Easy to understand dials. Quiet operation (our last HE washer was much noisier). Deep but 5ft 1in person can reach bottom. Deep fill option very important for very dirty clothes. Has liquid chlorine bleach hole BUT NO FABRIC SOFTENER hole so if u use fabric softener don't get this one. Check out sister machines with different options. Warm wash is really like room temp not warm but the directions say that, so choose hot if u want warm. Autos ensign does seem to fill too much like other reviewer said. P.s. this is an easy machine to use, not like other reviewers complaints. ... show more
