Never judge a book cover way too fast without reading it in depth. This machine does a very neat job if one is on a budget and want to save time by going to the laundromat. The loads are very clean and it is very easy to manage for the electricity bill simply wash every other week to save on energy if the household is not overcrowded. Im not completely pleased with the washer. It seems to have issues with sensing the load size or weight for filling with appropriate water level and auto sensing is the only option. I've had to push all kinds of buttons to get it to work properly
