I broke one of my plastic seat mounts and decided to spend a little more on these brass ones. Since brass doe’s flex like plastic, the seat now stays in place. I highly recommend!

If you need to fix a loose toilet seat, this is exactly what you need. Although the little decorative plastic screw covers on my existing toilet seat aren't big enough to cover these screws bc of the rounded head on them.

    • Check Under Toilet Base Before Purchase
Check for alignment of any inset on the underside of the toilet base and the plastic attachment to the screw. For example, if it's a square inset, and the plastic tightener is round, the seating may still slide.

I should have measured the screw length before I purchased! My bad. I will keep these however as I might have a need in the future.

Bought to replace brand-new nylon bolts that just sheared off. The length of these is great if you've added a bidet attachment (if you haven't, try it!) Actually this is the second set of bolts I bought, after the first ones did so well I got them again when replacing the seat on a second toilet.
