The media could not be loaded. I’m baffled by the glowing reviews this machine got. I hate giving a pretty pen like this a less than stellar review, but I just don’t like how rattley and shaky it is. It’s also LOUD. I expected it to be somewhat cheap given the price, but I sure didn’t expect it to have a plastic casing. Plastic just makes it look and feel…. Cheap. That’s probably also why it makes so much lose! The motor isn’t very powerful either, and I have a feeling it’s one of those ones that’ll give out after a short time. I’ve tried many other complete kits in this (very) inexpensive price range of under $30, like Effeer, Poseidon, Yilong, and wormhole. They’re usually made from aluminum alloy and sound much quieter. As a beginners kit, the supplies are decent! As far as I can tell the tiny colored inks *are* skin-safe and can be used for real tattoos. Other kits I’ve gotten include “practice ink, not for human skin.” These are labeled as tattoo ink. The assorted cartridges are pretty awesome, plus you get annd extra battery, ink cups, machine covers, grip tape, a single pair of gloves, practice skin, table covers, stencil paper, and a Beginners Guide. I would give this only 1.5 stars if I reviewed the machine itself. It’s just too shaky and noisy. As a complete kit for beginners just starting out, I think it’s a 3. I’m just bummed because I love the colors!!
