I ordered these CHICNOD brand 6-pack 9 Volt Battery-9V Batteries Rechargeable Multi Color too use in my smoke alarms because it seems that batteries are always increasing in price and they get expensive replacing them, so these are a great alternative to throwing away batters. They are your typical size 9V batteries and fit in all my smoke detectors just as they should. The set comes with little charging cables for them and it is a USB so you can charge them multiple ways. I charged two at the time and it only took a few hours for each set to charge fully. I've had them all in my smoke alarms not for a few weeks and they are holding up well so I'm not sure yet how long they last but will update here once I have to recharge them.

I will be using these in the noise-cancelling headsets in our airplane. These headsets use 9 volt alkaline batteries at a moderate but steady rate and this is an on-going expense that these rechargeables should alleviate. The included charge cables are handy and the colors make it a little easier to rotate through batteries. Recharge was not fast, but overnight is fine for my purposes.

I'm carrying these in my backpack as spares for my electronic whistle. They are lightweight and easy to charge with a USB C connector. Today, I took out two to check their voltage. Both were dead. They were charged and worked when I got them about a month ago, but they didn't hold their charge while in storage. Overnight, they charged up and have 9.15 and 9.05 volts. I was able to use my charging monitor and show almost 5 watt hours of energy put into the battery. When I ordered the batteries, it took about 6 weeks to ship to my house. I have mixed feelings about these batteries. The fact that they went dead after about a month of storage isn't good, and that it took a while to arrive is another strike against them. I like having and using rechargeable batteries, and I hope these work for me over time. Maybe a few charge discharge cycles will help. I'll figure out the best way to maintain them.

I don't seem to have as much need for 9-volt batteries anymore. My digital safe uses one and of course, all of those dang smoke detectors. They seem to last forever and that is the problem because it seems like the shelf life is not much longer than the installed life. I forget what all I need them for until I open a case and there it is. So, I jumped at the chance to get rechargeable 9-volt batteries. This set included 6 batteries and 3 charging cables with to USB C's on each cable. Of course, you provide your own charging block is absolutely fine with me. It will take time to tell how long they last. Probably a year or so to find out. In the meantime, they are fully charged and ready to go and I have the satisfaction of knowing that the next time that one of those smoke detectors goes off in the middle of the night, I will have a battery that can be topped off quickly.

These batteries work the way I expect a 9v battery to work. So far, I haven't had any problems with them. There are charged through a USBc port, though they are not "fast" charging batteries. The batteries have lasted for me about as long as most of my standard 9v batteries do. I don't really care much about the colors, but they might be handy for organizing a rotation order. Not much else to say about a 9v battery. They work and I can recommend them for average use.

They take a long time to charge, like 4 hours and more. The last about the same amount of time, it's hard to tell since I'm using them for shock mats in my kitchen so the battery usage is sporadic. The casing is nice, the extra chargers are great and they're very lightweight

This review is for CHICNOD brand 6-pack 9 Volt Battery-9V Batteries Rechargeable Multi Color 9v Lithium ion Battery for Smoke Alarms Toys Walkie-Talkie Rechargeable 9v Batteries with USB C Charging Cord. The set of six 9V batteries was delivered on-time, complete and as described by the seller. The batteries are packaged in reusable plastic storage cases (2 batteries per case) with three USB charging cables; instructions for use are provided on the product web-site. I connected the batteries to a USB source for charging which took about 2 hours; each cable can connect to two batteries. The charging port is on the opposite end to the battery terminals; there is an integrated LED which shows red during charging and green when fully charged. Conveniently, the batteries come in distinct colors so it is less likely to confuse an uncharged unit with a recently charged one. I used a voltmeter to verify each battery at about 9.1 volts when charged. Size, shape and terminal type are the same as a standard alkaline battery; the rechargeable batteries weigh less. I cannot speak to longevity; nevertheless it is encouraging to note that the seller offers a 12 month warranty on the product. I think that this is a sensible alternative to single-use batteries and I expect to use this set for remote-controls, multi-meters, smoke-detectors and similar devices.

I use some of these for musical instruments and having this pack was great. Use them for bass guitar and some other devices that I don't leave on and connected. I should try one on a chirp machine.
