I have been using this bread machine for a few weeks now, and the overall performance has been fantastic. Excellent construction and performance for a good price

The paddle spindle lubrication seal failed on my 10-year old Breadman machine, and I decided to replace the whole machine. I took a shot on the Osipoto 2lb Bread Machine based on reviews and price. The machine is well-built. The non-stick coating seems especially tough (I dropped the paddle on a hard ceramic floor and it wasn't dinged or scratched). I used my tried-and-true whole wheat recipe and the loaf came out better than I ever got with the Breadman - full and smooth on the top, crust exactly as I wanted, and excellent texture. The recipe book is kind of a joke. They show photos of cinnamon buns and french twists along with recipes, as if you can follow the recipe, program the machine, and you'll get what they show in the photo. But anyway I highly recommend the Osipoto Bread Maker..

Makes great bread and dough

I have had this bread maker for approximately 3 months. I have made numerous items from basic bread, bread w/ inclusions, quick bread, and dough. The settings are easy to set except the “bake” setting. I use this setting to add some additional time to my quick bread recipes. I have to double check myself to ensure it initiates otherwise I have already come back to find it was only on the warming function. Now this may be user error but I use this machine at least weekly if not more and that function still doesn’t seem to initiate as easy as the others when I use it. I have had no issues with my bread or dough. Bread is moist and evenly baked. I prefer the light crust setting and typically make 2 pound loaves. The bread doesn’t stick to the pan, it comes out super easy. I have yet to have the paddle come off inside the loaf which I appreciate. It makes less of a “hole” in the loaf than my previous one. The dough rises beautifully and doesn’t stick to the pan when releasing it on the counter. The machine is light enough to move around but sturdy so I don’t think it’s going to break. The suction cups on the bottom keep it in place on my counter. The manual doesn’t come with the individual times for each step of the individual settings. For example, the amount of time for mixing/rising for each round is not written out specifically. This comes in handy when adding inclusions. Although there is a beep to let you know when you should add them some recipes call for inclusions to be added the last 5 minutes of the final mix so you need to figure that out. Overall, I love this machine. I definitely recommend it. It would be 5 stars if I could get that “bake” setting to initialize as easy as the others and I could locate a time breakdown for each cycle. One tip…make sure you are using reliable bread machine recipes and follow the instructions for the order in which to add the ingredients. Bread/Dough making is super easy and delicious when done correctly.

Bread Making is Basic Health Care!

Bread making is completely to me, and I’m loving it! My mother always baked biscuits and rolls in the house so we grew up with fresh bread. I bought my bread from the store. That’s what my family know but now at 86 this is a different chapter in my life where I’m trying to live healthier and eat better. This bread maker is a blessing for me. It’s so simple and easy! The first loaf I made was ok, but the second loaf I made was perfect. I made a simple wheat bread using the number 3 setting. I am noticing the difference in homemade bread versus store-bought bread and I will never go back!

One of my best purchases for my kitchen, I am absolutely delighted with this bread maker. It is intuitive and easy to use, ideal whether you are starting or already have experience. The stainless steel design not only looks modern and elegant on the countertop, but it is also easy to clean thanks to its non-stick interior. I have tried a couple of functions of the 17 they have and elegant bread comes out perfect. It is silent while working and the 15-hour timer is spectacular to program it and wake up with the smell of freshly made bread. No doubt I recommend it 100%
