It is a decent piece; I've gotten plenty of good comments. FYI, if there are any issues you are better off ordering/requesting a replacement than to contact the company for replacement pieces. My first round, a couple of items were cracked or broken and the drawer didn't match up but I had it 90% built and wasn't going to take it apart and be able to get it back into the box. I got a replacement from Amazon, pulled out what I needed and it worked perfectly! Sent the replacement back with the broken pieces in it at a later pickup date. Thank you Amazon!!! It holds quite a bit and could hold more than what you see in the pictures I posted.

I wanted to warn people so they know what they are getting into. There is about 17 steps to put this together. While it is fairly easy, you can imagine how it would feel to be sitting on the floor getting everything together, only to realize at about step 11, the holes for the piece that is supposed to be the very top, aren't drilled correctly. While the simple solution would be to just drill new holes, if you are someone like me, you know that there is a HIGH chance you will make the situation worse. I am attaching a pic to show, the sides of the cabinet are screwed in to the holes that are pre-drilled. You can see from the picture that the "lines" (which are grooves to hold the back paneling) are stacked on each other instead of lining up like they should. Also, the complete back of the cabinet from top to button is supposed to be flush. The way this piece was drilled, the part that would face outwards is flush and the back has about a half inch lip...which means it wont attach correctly to the base. I love Amazon. Their customer service is one of the best. I do not have any blame or issues with them because they couldn't help me. The cabinets are sold in complete sets so they cannot simply send a replacement part to me. I was given 3 options. 1) send this cabinet back and get a new one 2) send it back and get a refund or 3) keep it and get a discount. I was told from the CSR that if in fact I picked option 1 or 2, they would send someone out to pick up the cabinet...however, I would have to break it all back down and get it back into the packaging. After expressing my frustrating with the CSR, he told me that the best option would be getting a discount and then reaching out to the manufacturer directly to see if they would be able to help. That is the option I went with. On the instruction manual that came with this cabinet, there was an email and a phone number for the warranty department with business hours of 24/7. I called figuring it was easier. I was told I would get an email with instructions to submit a warranty claim for the piece that needs to be replaced. Immediately when I received the email, I filled everything out and sent it back. I was sort of expecting an automated email back. This morning I looked over the email again and seen at the bottom that there was a link to use to follow up on the claim. I clicked on it and it took me to a page that had a reference number and then "status". Next to status, it said closed. Of course this is concerning. How is this closed when I never got a response? So I called the place back. The guy I spoke to pretty much said that it is closed until someone looks into it and that there is nothing else I can do but wait for someone to reach out to me. I asked him if he could give me a ball park on how long the whole process takes because I have cabinet parts just sitting around. He tells me, and I quote "well, I will be honest, it will be next month sometime". Are you kidding me? At this point we all know what we will hear if we ask the stupid question of why it will take so long..."due to the pandemic...due to the shortage of this that and the other..." so in the meantime, I have a so called "cabinet" that is rendered completely useless until I get this other part. At this point I am thinking it may be worth the time and energy to just break it down and send the stupid thing back to Amazon for a complete replacement. But at the end of the day when things like this happen, you can't help but wonder if the new cabinet Amazon sends as a replacement will end up being the same exact way.

This is a great pantry. I had a smaller cabinet that just wasn’t holding enough, so I upgraded to this one. It holds quite a bit from cereal boxes, to snacks, to pet food, and pasta. Overall it’s a sturdy piece. The only thing I would call out is the “hinges” for the cabinets were just plastic button type things that recessed into the doors and popped into holes in the cabinet. Not sure if I could get the doors off if I needed to because of this, but it shouldn’t be an issue. They still open and close well. It looks great in the kitchen too.

I love the style and the spaciousness of the unit. That’s all the positive... With that being said, I was disappointed in the overall quality. Normally, I’d say “you get what you pay for”, but this unit wasn’t inexpensive. It’s all painted pressed board which I knew when ordering, the hardware is deficient, actually on the cheap side. A few of the screws stripped so be very careful or just use a quality screw. The rest of the hardware is also cheap which I will replace. One of the side bottom pieces arrived w a crack which was disappointing but I wasn’t about to take it apart. The paint job is a little transparent and you can see imperfections in the pressed board. There were also some minor scratches but I’ve covered them with shelf liner. The directions are horrible, only diagrams and not good ones at that. I’ve put these type of units together before so I had a little knowledge about assembly which still took several hours. Overall, it’s an ok piece but feel it was overpriced for what it is and the inferior hardware and crack didn’t help. Overtime, I’ll probably repurpose it but for now, it’ll serve it’s purpose...

This cabinet looks great and is exactly what I wanted. I do feel it was overpriced for the quality, but it does look nice. I was nervous about the condition it was going to be in after delivery, because many reviews mentioned that the pieces were damaged. Mine was delivered with only one piece damaged and it isn’t very noticeable and did not make a difference in the end. Putting it together was a three person job and took a little over an hour. Would have taken longer if there had only been two of us. The directions can be a little confusing if you don’t take the time to really look them through. Would definitely consider buying another one if it came back in stock.

The cabinet looks great after 2 hours of work putting every little piece and part together. If you are not handy or don't get help from someone who is, it will take you 4 hours, guaranteed! It has a lot of bracing and the pilot holes were drilled well for the screws. It does not tell you that you need to take the sliders apart for the drawer which would have been good to know before we built the drawer. It also does not tell you how to disassemble the sliders which were held with delicate plastic releases that could easily be broken if not released properly. Also, the back pieces should have been labeled top and bottom or have different letters designating where they go. We found this out the hard way. Overall, a nice cabinet, but for $300, a few pieces could have been assembled.
