The media could not be loaded. To begin with this is not my first Hiseeu camera system. I have used an older version for the last several years but figured I would upgrade to a newer system having all cameras be PTZ. This new system being the WHD303 PTZ cameras with the latest firmware version 3.6.89.5720106 paired with the 1Tb NVR model #K8510-W with firmware version 3.5.5.0M. Hiseeu offers, for FREE, your choice of an additional camera, repeater or extension cable for a "positive review". I am giving an HONEST review as I am not that easily "bought". I have been testing this system since I installed it on January 10,2023. I have tested during daylight and night time hours trying EVERY combination of all of its "Advertised" features. I have spent countless hours doing so. To the point that my time spent doing this is more easily counted in days! I have been in touch with the company via an initial phone call followed by two emails describing in detail with photo and video evidence of what the camera system is failing to do and or where it is falling short of its advertised abilities. I have heard NOTHING back from the company "Tech Support" as to any possible remedies or solutions since my initial phone call and their one email to me on January 13th. If you want a decent camera system for the money with easy set up this one will do the job. But DON'T expect it to function as advertised! PROS: Great picture quality, Great night vision picture quality, Ease of set up, Phone app is decent. Overall you are getting a decent midrange camera system and "Bang for your buck". CONS: "Smart Night Vision" is not very "smart". When motion is detected on this setting the camera seems to wait too long to activate the spotlight and go into daylight recording mode. By the time it has done that, whatever is moving in front of the camera has already moved out of the cameras view and is no longer visible to the camera so it will not "track or follow" the movement. It's as if the camera has to "think" too long about what it is supposed to do before actually doing it. Camera sensitivity is set entirely WAY TOO HIGH on the lowest sensitivity setting and with the "Huminoid" option enabled. It wants to track and follow snowflakes coming down! Even with a "custom detection area" set the cameras will track and follow movement that is occurring outside of the user defined custom detection area. Light Alarm setting is non functional. If you have the "push notifications" turned off on any particular camera then the system will not record on the NVR playback timeline that a "motion event" was detected. So to not lose the ability to see on the playback timeline when a motion event occurred you have to leave the push notifications turned on. This means that your phone will be getting tons of false notices sent to it in a days time. My work around for night time is that I installed several 2000 lumen networked (when 1 light comes on they all come on) motion activated lights around my house and I just leave the camera system to record in "daylight" mode with all the night vision functions turned off. I get great picture recording qualities when the lights turn on and the cameras track/follow a moving person (dog, deer) perfectly and it still records a motion event on the playback timeline in the NVR as well as sends it to my phone. I can live with this. Plus my wife likes the ability to be able to use her phone and control the cameras without having to leave the safety of our bedroom at night and look around to see what is going on outside. Would I purchase this system again? Yes I would. But DON'T expect every option to function as advertised. Overall you are getting a decent system with great picture quality and controllable PTZ cameras for under $200. My last email to Hiseeu sent on 1/17/2023 is posted below...I have heard NOTHING from them since then so I have decided to go ahead and leave my review. Hope this was helpful... This is in response to our previous phone conversation and your last email to me on January 13, 2022. The system was purchased from Amazon on January 9, 2022. Products from your company that were purchased were: NVR model #K8510-W with firmware version 3.5.5.0M and cameras Model # WHD303 with firmware version 3.6.89.5720106. Screenshots of which are attached as well as a short video showing the camera following/tracking movement which is outside of my selected custom detection area. To begin with, this is NOT my first Hiseeu camera system that I have owned. I have been using one of your older systems for the last 2 years before purchasing this system. I have tested this new camera system for the last seven days and nights trying all combinations of options and features and have found the following issues that either do not function correctly on a consistent basis or even function at all. Here are the following issues: Smart Night Vision with Huminoid selection: When these options are selected the cameras do not immediately activate the spot light function when a person walks in front of the camera. It takes anywhere from 3-5+ seconds for the spotlight to activate and then another 3-5+ seconds for camera to begin to track/follow (if at all) a moving person after the spotlight has turned on. It’s as if the camera is taking too long to compute what it is supposed to be doing and by the time it has switched the spotlight on and gone to full color recording mode a person walking at normal speed is already out of the cameras viewing area and the camera has no moving object left in front of it that it will register and track. Nor does the camera consistently register that any movement was detected on the “play back” timeline or send a push notification of a motion event. Also, the cameras will continue to follow and track motion/movement outside of the “custom detection area” selected while in the “Smart Night Vision” mode even though they are not registering movement on the play back timeline or sending push notifications. All of the above occurs no matter what sensitivity setting is selected for the camera or what speed the PTZ is set at. Huminoid selection deactivated: Cameras follow and track ALL motion and send push notifications for ALL motion detected even OUTSIDE of my custom “detection area”. The end user selected “custom detection area” does nothing to stop push notifications or motion detected events onto the playback timeline that occur outside of the selected custom detection area. This culminates in HUNDREDS of false “motion detected events” being recorded on the playback timeline and push notifications being sent to my phone in a 24 hour time period for movement and motion that the cameras detect that is occurring OUTSIDE of my “custom detection area”. This is with the lowest possible sensitivity setting selected. Push Notification Deactivated on Camera: If I turn off push notifications for any camera then that camera will no longer record a motion event that has occurred onto the “play back” timeline. This forces me to leave push notifications turned on for all cameras in order for them to record a motion event on the playback timeline. Camera Sensitivity: Factory Camera Sensitivity Settings are set WAY TOO HIGH! This might not be an issue if the “custom detection area” worked correctly. Light Alarm: Even though the spotlight alarm selection shows right below the siren alarm Selection it will not allow me to turn it on. The slider switch is a darker color And will not allow me to switch it on. Most of these things appear to me to be a programming or software issue but I could be wrong. Your help in how to fix these problems would be greatly appreciated. I am waiting for resolution of these issues before I leave my review on AMAZON. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The Wi-Fi Smart Camera by HiSeeu - In the last 6 months, I have installed quite a few of similar Wi-Fi Smart Cameras. This one is a pretty straight-forward, yet robust and full of potential camera. Contents in the box are pretty standard: The power adapter, mounting hardware, manual, and the actual camera. The camera has three connectors - One is the power adapter connector; an actual push button reset/power switch, and an ethernet connector for direct connect into the network. The easiest way to setup these cameras is- connecting them directly into your network first, setting up the Wi-Fi configuration through the android/apple ESEE Cloud app afterwards. The prerequisite for choosing this camera was that my client wanted a PTZ capable, add-on camera to the HiSeeU security system thereby bypassing the need for cloud storage service or a local SD Card storage. The HiSeeU security system would be storing the video on its 2TB hard drive. After the initial configuration of this Wi-Fi camera, I was able to easily pair it with the HiSeeU security system (Within 30 seconds). The other features of this camera are pretty standard as others. Night vision and motion detection are done pretty well; and even the SD images appear as HD! Pairing to app and dvr/nvr is really easy. It works great. Took off one star from 5 to 4 stars for 3 reasons, the wireless range to the dvr/nvr is half that of the bullet cameras- like only 25-30 feet, you can't use the bullet cams as a wireless relay for these ptz cameras like the bullets can for each other (a wifi range extender does the trick though), and the quality of these cameras shell/ plastic is less that of hiseeu's bullet cams. I've been very impressed by hiseeu, being a former lorex owner i think that's high praise and should be a good indicator as to the quality. I'll also add that these cameras can function as standalone units without a dvr/nvr, streaming right to your phone, 2 way audio, and storage can be cloud or internal sd card.
