After seeing a duplicate for double the price at a mobility dealer I decided to buy this, as stated it is ready to use with minimal assembly, We purchased the 2 battery model with the rear control a option I did not see on other brands, the Carbon Fiber frame is so smooth, appears to be quality. We only keep one battery on it for home use, switching batteries once a month & only charging at that time. The way this model folds is easier for me to do, similar our Drive walker, no bending down, even changing batteries can be done from sitting in chair position, other brands require you to kneel on the floor to replace although charging though the front controller is the easiest way to recharge & appears to be the standard for most brands. The 22' width fits through our Manufactured home doorways which is one of the features of importance, the seat is very comfortable we keep a towel on it at home because our cat uses it when not in use, she was the first on it when we took it out of the box. When all folded it fits into the back of our 2020 Ford Escape with NOT folding down the rear seats, the batteries are just under 5 lbs each in case you may want to know.

Bought the 2 battery version and glad I did, takes away any range anxiety completely. Charge lasts a long time regardless though, so it is more of a peace of mind thing than a necessity. Really light, which matters a lot for my relative who has trouble with heavier items. Folds up easily and fits right into the trunk of their car, which was a bigger deal than I expected. Compares to other electric wheelchairs very competitively. On par with $3000+ wheelchairs that I tried at a recent Abilities Expo. Turns accurately and feels intuitive from day one. No setup headaches. Honestly not much else to say. It just works and does not get in the way. Five stars.

So far I love this chair. Perfect size and range for someone who needs to limit their walking. The light weight allows me the lift the folded chair myself into the back of my Buick suv. I’m a 76 yo woman. Wouldn’t want to have to spend all my time in it though. The customer support wasn’t helpful in answering my question that wasn’t covered in the instructions.

It’s lightweight and works on flat surfaces but won’t even go up the bump on my driveway. Literally got stuck and almost fell forward, great thing I tested it myself before having dad use it. I was able to stop myself, he wouldn’t have been able to stop safely.

WOW! I bought this lightweight carbon fiber wheelchair for my husband. It is smooth, silent, has great maneuvering in tight areas of the house and took very little practice for him to operate the controller. This wheelchair is very comfortable. Hubby is 6’3” and the wheelchair is a good fit. I also ordered the rear controller which makes it convenient for a companion/caretaker to control he wheelchair. The speed is variable and can be controlled as well, though my husband thinks he is competing with Mario Andretti on the highest speed when he’s outside. It fits well in my SUV, weighs 28 lbs. when I remove the battery, which is easy to do with a click. Freewink email customer support after purchase is above and beyond my expectations!! How often do you get this from other product support these days? I have had a couple of issues and needed some operating guidance and they responded overnight with a remedy and some education. The team responses were very kind and they were extremely patient with me. I could not have made a better decision with all my research of wheelchairs!

This wheelchair is one of the lightest available and for a lot less cost than the others. My 82 year old wife can easily lift it out of my car trunk and put it back. It's extremely well made with carbon fiber and it comes with two batteries which is a great convenience. Assemble only takes a few minutes. It's very comfortable although I recommend a gel cushion for long time sitting. Customer service is superb. I did have a problem after about six months when it would not start. Cissie, the service rep, sent new electronics for the unit but it still didn't work so she sent a new replacement wheelchair. Count me as a totally satisfied customer!

I have had this for 4 months, and I love it! It’s made of Carbon Fiber so that my wife can easily load it in the car. The chair's speed is faster than walking, and the remote is a bonus for the price. Customer service is great!
