I purchased this wheelchair primarily to use when away from home and I haven't had occasion to do that yet. So this review doesn't cover using it in that way. But to my delight, this wheelchair is handy and easy to maneuver and I am using it much more than I expected. I am a 93 year old woman, live in a senior independent living facility, and I can use it to go the quarter mile from my cottage to the clubhouse. While there I no longer must struggle with my scooter and/or walker and am better able to stay out of other people's way. I receive may complements on it's looks and size. It doesn't resemble a conventional wheelchair, but is smaller and sleek looking. Except that the the controller is a bit in the way, it is comfortable when sitting at a table. When it was brand new I had a bit of trouble with the gears on a rear wheel connecting and was concerned when I had to contact Freewink using email. But the company contacted me quickly and offered solutions including a free replacement. The problem was easily solved and I have had no further problems. I hope that I am as pleased when I can try it away from my home community. This electric, foldable, lightweight wheelchair is worth serious consideration if you are a prospective buyer. I am glad that I have mine.

I recently received my Free Wink wheelchair. I am more than pleased with it. It has all the features I could ask for. I reviewed other chairs, but this was the best. It is very comfortable and easy to use. My friends cannot get over how good it looks. It was very easy to unpack. In a few minutes we had it completely assembled. I use it mostly in the house but have gone to my neighbors as well. It is also easy to charge the battery. I would recommend . this wheelchair to any one who needs one.

Since I am an engineer,I want to make sure that what I buy meets my expectations and needs.I did a lot of research before purchasing the EW209-YK electric wheelchair.I spent several weeks researching the electric wheelchairs currently on the market.Although it is not cheap, it is really worth the money and it is a worthwhile investment. It is very practical and easy to use.I can make the wheelchair come to me through the Bluetooth remote control of the remote control.I really like the small turning radius of the wheelchair because I was worried about navigating in tight spaces at first.Since I use it more in restaurants and small spaces, I soon realized that this would not be a problem.From the video I uploaded, you can see that the remote control is very sensitive to the direction.In addition to spinning in place, the steering of the remote control is almost completely in line with the rotation of the wheels.It is also smooth to drive on the grass.I changed to a concrete ground to try to go uphill.You can see that the uphill ability is also good. As you can see in the picture, it fits easily into the trunk of my car. I also like the way the wheelchair is charged. You can charge it through the controller or remove the battery from the wheelchair. Removing and installing the battery is a very simple process.It is not like traditional wheelchairs that require troublesome disconnection of wires. I didn't expect so much flexibility. 2 batteries also greatly improved my range. This is one of the best designed electric wheelchairs I have seen on the market, not only practical but also with a cool look of all carbon fiber, my family members love it and many friends asked me where I bought it hhhh..... I'll probably continue to update this post if I get a chance to travel with it.

So far I’m pleased with this wheelchair. I bought it because I wanted to be able to lift into my car by myself. This weekend it was a success. I could lift in and out of my car. I rode it around the mall. It so easy to use and has a great turn radius! I would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this electric wheelchair for my mother. Because I don't like the extra weight and size of most wheelchairs, I chose this ultra-light carbon fiber wheelchair. It is very small and I can lift it with one hand and put it in my trunk. This way I can easily take my mother out for a trip. But I want to praise FreeWink's excellent after-sales service! Actually, I want the remote control version. Most of the time, the caregiver takes care of my mother who has limited mobility, so this Bluetooth remote control is more convenient......... But I chose the wrong version when I placed the order... So I contacted their email, and I got their after-sales reply immediately a few hours later! They replaced the wheelchair for me. Of course, I paid for the return, but I was surprised by such a fast and professional service! This makes me feel more at ease using the wheelchair. The remote control is easy to use. I just need to turn on the switch of the remote control every time after completing the pairing at the beginning, and move the wheelchair forward and adjust the speed like operating this controller. I look forward to my trip to Australia with my mother, using this ultra-light travel wheelchair!
