Features 5
- HIGH-FLOW HOT WATER FOR WHOLE HOME: Powered by a 27kW tankless water heater electric heating system, this electric water heater delivers up to 6.5 GPM (ideal for 3-4 simultaneous uses) for showers, sinks, kitchens and laundry, making it a strong choice for larger households and multi-point residential use. Enjoy continuous hot water without waiting for a storage tank to recover. Actual flow varies with inlet-water temperature, selected outlet temperature and household demand.
- DIGITAL CONTROL WITH 1F ADJUSTMENT: Adjust water temperature from 86F140F in 1F increments using the LED digital display. The built-in Memory Function automatically recalls your previous setting, while intelligent self-modulating technology continuously adjusts heating output based on water flow to help maintain stable comfort.
- SELF-MODULATING HEATING WITH NO STANDBY TANK LOSS: Intelligent self-modulating technology automatically matches power output to real-time water flow and temperature demand, helping maintain a stable outlet temperature while reducing unnecessary electricity use. Because there is no storage tank, the hot water heater avoids repeatedly reheating stored water when hot water is not being used.
- COMPACT WALL-MOUNTED DESIGN WITH MULTIPLE SAFEGUARDS: The compact wall-mounted body measures approximately 17.7 11.4 3.5 inches, helping save valuable floor space in utility rooms, basements and protected indoor installation areas. Standard 3/4-inch NPT water connections support straightforward plumbing integration for permanent residential installations.
- 240V RESIDENTIAL INSTALLATION WITH MULTIPLE SAFEGUARDS: Designed for permanent 240V residential installation (requires 340 A breakers,68 AWG cable), the system monitors operating temperature, water flow and electrical conditions to support dependable everyday use. Fault information can be displayed when abnormal conditions are detected. Professional installation and proper grounding are recommended to help ensure safe, reliable long-term performance.

Connect wires properly
Set name: AP-27kW,LED Touch
Very good product, shipped on time, very reasonable price, and customer service is excellent. When I first installed it the device wouldn’t power up even though there was power to the unit so I contacted customer support and they were extremely responsive sending me step by step testing instructions. Which I found out that two of the powered neutral wires were accidentally swapped and I didn’t notice it when installing. It was my fault but I just swapped them back and the unit powered right up. (FYI it is important to note that even though the black and white wires are both powered you must be sure both wires are paired with each breaker. I unintentionally had one white wire from a breaker connected to the other of the three supply ports at the unit) either way I was impressed with how helpful the supplier was with the issue. Two thumbs up with everything!

Easy installation
Set name: AP-18kW,LED Touch
This product was a straight forward installation. There were some concerns about the wire guage vs the 40 amp circuit breaker. But I realized that it is a75 amp draw which is within the limit I found acceptable. The unit works great just as described and was easy to set up. The water temperature is acceptable even with multiple faucets in use.

Set name: AP-18kW,LED Touch
Easy install, doesn't heat as fast as my previous unit but does the job and once it's hot it's hot and stays hot.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Set name: AP-18kW,LED Touch
Terrible product and Terrible customer service from the manufacturer. Interactions took days and were rude. Water heater came damaged but was not apparent until fully wired and plumbed. No power to the display and would not turn on. We went through a week of communication with the manufacturer trying to troubleshoot but they eventually stopped responding. Save your money. Do not buy this.

Suprise! Suprise!
Set name: AP-27kW,LED Touch
I previously had an tankless water heater, but it blew up after a couple of thunderstorms in the area. This brand cost less than the prior one and works more efficiently. The water heats up quickly and stays hot. I am able to take a hot shower while the washing machine, dishwasher, or another person is taking a bath. There are 5 people in our home and this thing has not missed a beat. The guy who installed it said it was easy to install. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a tankless water heater.
