My golf cart is lifted and has a lot of cool accessories on it, but I've never put a speaker on. I always thought that riding around blasting music was really not a great idea. But then again, we're always meeting up at someone else's place, in the woods, doing 4-wheeling, etc. Why not have a party when we get together? The sound on this device is amazing. It rivals my home system with B&O speakers. And it's super easy to use. I tested this on my work bench with my 12 Volt power supply and after that all I had to do was turn it on and pair it with my phone. I could play music immediately, and I got a light show at the same time. This sound bar has large-easy to-use buttons which is important because it will be mounted behind my head on the back supports of my golf cart roof. It also comes with an uncluttered remote that is easy to understand. The remote is fantastic. Sometimes, when I'm watching television, my TV remote doesn't even change the channel unless I point it right at the TV, so that's what I'm used to. But this remote works from more than 30 feet away pointing in any direction. I went to the other side of my house and I was still able to control this sound bar. This is just what you need when you're at a party and you're not sitting on your golf cart. I would like it if the remote had a backlight because, at night, it will be hard to find the buttons without memorizing them. Also, there is a button to turn off all the LED's but it does not turn off the mode indicator. I would like to make the whole unit dark as an option. There is a button for equalization that changes the quality of the sound and it cycles through different presets each time you press the EQ button. I wish the display could let me know what preset it is using, but it just changes the sound and I have to go by if I like it or not. The mode button cycles between inputs of Bluetooth, Auxiliary, and USB. When I cycled through it at first it did not change to USB. That's because there was no USB device installed. I put in my flash drive and I could cycle to the USB and it would start playing immediately. It found songs in different folders on my flash drive and I could cycle to the previous and next. But here again I really would like if it could display the artist and title like my car radio does. Being able to use a flash drive is nice but I have much better control if I pair it to my phone and just store the songs there. The auxiliary is handy so you can wire in a device. I will be installing a car play on my golf cart soon and I'll wire it into the auxiliary. That way I can switch between my phone and the golf cart player. Next, I tried to adjust the light show. In the default setting the outer rings have a multi-color spinning pattern and the inner speakers, the tweeters, have a flashing rotating color pattern. You can change it to RGB patterns and cycle through several different fixed colors. Then the next to last cycle will use solid colors and dance to the music . You can also cycle to the last mode which is no lights at all. The kit comes with a mounting bracket that can adapt to most golf carts. You do have to drill two holes into the uprights for the roof, but after that it assembles in different ways that hold it steady. This is important because sound bar is a bit heavy. The kid comes with all the hardware and great instructions for installing. There is one page of instructions for using the sound bar. It is pretty sparse but this is not very complicated to use. Wiring is pretty simple. The kit comes with a long DC wire to connect to a 12 volt power source. It is important to note that you should not connect this to all the batteries on your golf cart. That would be way more than 12 volts. I recommend using a step-down transformer (or rectifier) across all of your batteries that will convert your golf cart's full voltage to a 12 volt output. When you use a step down transformer you draw power evenly across your batteries and preserve the life of them. If you connect anything up to just some of the batteries, for example two 6 volt batteries in series, those batteries will drain faster than the other ones and make it harder to charge the cart evenly. Finally, there is an output so you can connect this sound bar to another speaker like a subwoofer. The sound bar is marine quality and has an IP rating of 66. That doesn't mean you can dunk it in water but it should be safe from the elements most of the time. I found one problem with my sound bar being waterproof. There are rubber covers for all the connectors but the USB cover does not sit firmly into the opening and it pops out very easily. I'm probably going to have to cover that with a piece of electrical tape to hold it in. The biggest issue I found, and this is common and this is common with a lot of sound bars, If the sound bar is powered up and my phone is not connected to it it's an open Bluetooth connection that anybody can use. There really needs to be a way to put the speaker into pairing mode before somebody can connect to it so it does not get hijacked if you walk away. Overall, I think this is a great value for a high quality speaker on your golf cart that you can get. Party on.

I put this soundbar on my Club Car Precedent and the install was ridiculously easy. The mount setup lined up well, everything felt straightforward, and I had it up and running fast without having to get creative with tools or hardware. Bluetooth pairing is just as painless. It synced quickly with my Samsung phone and has stayed connected without the annoying dropouts or lag you get with cheaper audio gear. From a functionality standpoint, I also like having multiple input options and simple controls, so anyone can hop in the cart and get music going without a learning curve. Sound wise, this thing cranks. It gets loud enough to actually enjoy while driving and still sounds clean, not tinny or distorted. For a golf cart, it’s more than enough volume and it adds a lot to the ride, especially when you’re out cruising with other people around. The LED lighting is the fun bonus feature I didn’t know I’d care about as much as I do. The customizable RGB looks great at night and the music sync mode adds a legit party vibe without being over the top. Durability was another pleasant surprise. The bar feels solid and well built, and it seems like it’s designed to handle real cart life, bumps, vibration, and being outside. Nothing feels flimsy, and the mount stays secure. For the money, this is a strong value. Easy install, reliable connection, loud clean sound, and the LED features make it feel like you’re getting more than just a basic speaker. Between the solid build feel, the easy setup, and the overall performance, I’m really happy with it on my cart.

Awesome sound bar for my golf cart! Installation was super easy and the size/weight fit perfectly without adding bulk. 🥳 Controls are simple and easy to view/use while riding. This is a very nice sound bar for golf carts. The soundbar is built well and is waterproof. It has local controls on the front of the unit and is controlled with a provided remote as well. It can play music via bluetooth, a USB port or a 3.5mm audio plug. It has colored lights around the speakers that can be changes to different colors via the front panel or the remote. It comes with a variety of mounting hardware that should work for most situations. It just needs to be powered with 12v power and it does note seem to draw much power. There are three preset EQ settings that I think could have been done better. The speaker gets loud but I think it could benefit from optimization or individual setting capability of the EQ settings.

I bought this golf cart sound bar to add some fun to our weekend rides and it has quickly become a favorite. The sound is surprisingly loud and clear even while driving, and the bass really fills the space without sounding distorted. The RGB lights are a fun touch and sync well with the music, which my husband and I enjoy when we are riding around with family.
