Unfortunately, my experience with this electric bike has been completely ruined. As a woman, I was simply unable to assemble this on my own, especially with a manual that explains practically nothing. The handlebars were installed facing the completely wrong direction, so I had to figure out how to flip them. Both the front and rear fenders were crooked and had to be straightened out. There was also some confusing extra attachment for the handlebars that wasn't mentioned in the instructions at all. Some spare parts were completely missing. There was a massive "figure-eight" bend (wobble) in the wheel. Because of this, the wheel was constantly rubbing and braking on its own, pulling the bike to the side, and making an unpleasant humming/noise while riding. In the end, I had to take it to a professional bike shop. The mechanic barely managed to get it working properly and figure out where the missing and confusing parts belonged. It turned out to have a ton of factory defects, and paying the mechanic for all that extra work cost me a pretty penny. ... show more

I love my bike! The only reason I 4/5 is because assembly was difficult for me. I am a older woman and kinda struggled with that. The battery life has been great it is worth the value considering it competitors. This is my first e-bike and I’m going to and from work 3 miles each way and it has done exactly what I needed to. There was a small learning curve on switching bike assistance levels while biking but once I actually got coordinated it has become second nature. I have fallen a couple of times on the bike and it took the falls well( I had to learn to ride again since I hadn’t ridden a actual bike for 30 years.) The screen didn’t damage on impact and really the only thing I had to adjust was the white things in the spokes of the wheel they popped off once, after the fall. Tips- -Make sure you can lift 75lbs or more. Getting it out the box by yourself is difficult otherwise. -Make sure you twist the handle bars so they are facing the right direction, when it came out the box they weren’t. - Have a strong person to tighten the seat bolt once you found your comfy spot. I struggled with this until someone helped me( seat shifted foward and dropped often). - Do not buy a stand it comes with a pretty good one. - I bought a phone holder and had no issues putting on the bars. - letters are big on display. Don’t need to buy a new one. It tracks speed and distance. The phone holder helps with any apps you want. ( I wish this had an app to track progress but I couldn’t find it). -I bought a better bike secure chain, the one it comes with is rubbery and when I parked my e bike I got anxiety that someone was just going to use some rubber cutters and take my bike off the rack. So I bought a super heavy duty one, that had a combinations and key. I also take my battery out of the bike and secure it back in when I’m ready to go home. ... show more
