The media could not be loaded. This e-bike is great! Assembly took about 10–15 minutes — just had to install the front wheel, fenders, handlebar, headlight, and pedals. The battery came nearly empty and needed about 3 hours to fully charge. It has front and rear disc brakes, a Shimano gear system, and a silver chain (not the usual black one). Without using the motor, it rides like a regular mountain bike — a bit heavy, but smooth. The pedal assist has 5 levels. Level 1 helps maintain around 6 mph, and level 5 goes up to about 19–20 mph. Riding with assist is effortless, and changing levels is as easy as pressing the up or down button. Very convenient and fun to use! So far, I’ve ridden about 30 miles and still have just under half the battery left — probably thanks to pedaling more myself. If using throttle only, the range would likely be much shorter. If I run into any issues, I’ll update this review. ... show more

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this bike. The bike arrived with a piece sticking out of the box and damaged. It was quite difficult to assemble and it only worked for two minutes before shutting down with an error code. Contacting the company was not an issue, they were responsive, but not very helpful. We were offered replacement parts and a small amount of money. There was a good amount of back and forth as the replacement part did not address all of the issues with the bike. The light worked only if you held the horn button down, the shifter was bad and the brakes didn’t work. It was very frustrating. The engine replacement never showed up and after we were offered portions of the amount it cost throughout the experience (which was unacceptable) we insisted a full refund and received it. Do not purchase this bike. It was quite a disappointment as a gift to our teenage son for Christmas. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got this bike and have been really enjoying with its performance. right of out the box, the bike was easy for assemble. The instruction book was clear and easily understandable. The bike is allowing me to comfortably cruise at speeds up to 25 mph. Whether navigating city streets, climbing hills or exploring gravel paths ,the motor respongs smoothly . its perfect for daily use. Im very satisfied with this e-bike. the motor is powerful and smooth, making commuting much easier. the battery life is impressive so i can ride long distance without worry about running out of power, its design feels sleek sturdy and stylish. very reasonable pricing. highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable electri bike! ... show more

Bought this ebike as my second bike. Thought when I ordered it for the price I was skeptical. After getting it and riding it I was amazed. The quality and performance amazed me. Great smooth riding bike better than any mountain bike i owned. After I a few add ons it is a awesome ride. The only thing I suggest to the maker is to add a tail light. Everything else sells itself.
