The front rack had 3 bolts to fasten each side and only 2 each side would fit. Plus the holes didn't line up with the holes on the frame. The brake levers are cheap plastic and the disc brakes are noisy I'm hoping they will quiet down with wear. The front disc was bent and not centered on the hub. I had to straighten it and bolt it on correctly. The cable management around the handlebars was extremely poor and would get hung up on the front rack when turning. I resolved this with 2 cable clamps that I installed using the rack bolts to ensure they were fastened tightly to the frame. The front axle could use an upgrade from the plastic quick release. The seat quick release collar is not fastened to the frame. It requires 2 hands just to line up the collar straight and is difficult to get the seat in the correct position. The rest of the bike is satisfactory and gets me around. It's nice to have the front rack for items for transport. I use the bike for groceries with a large set of panniers on the rear. Bought this for a Christmas present and she was thrilled to get it. The bike was easy to assemble, and she finally got to ride it. We live in a rural area and so far, it's been great. The bike handles the hills great and the shock absorber is nice for the dirt roads.

I ordered 2 bikes. One of them had an issue. I was concerned because of the cost of the bike. The seller worked promply with me to resolve the problem. It was a excellent customer service! My wife and I love the bikes.

The bike was working solidly for a few months, then suddenly parts began to break. Currently, the electrical harness going to the main computer controller on the handle is inoperable and won't allow ANY electrical operation. So I basically paid E-Bike prices for a regular non-powered road bike now. There's not much troubleshooting and bike shops seem unequipped to repair certain e-bikes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BIKE.
