Bike arrived within the predicted timeframe. There was some damage to the box presumably by the carrier and the seat clamp was loose inside the box and some of the pieces were missing and apparently fell out of the holes in the box. I contacted the company by email and they answered overnight and stated that they would send a new seat clamp free of charge (it’s only been a couple of days so the parts haven’t arrived yet). All of the other parts were wrapped safely and securely and with no damage or scratches. All required tools and instructions were included along with a video link if needed. I did have to drill the plastic plug out of the front wheel axle but was prepared for this by reading other reviews. The e-bike speed does not match my phone app odometer and I plan to make the tire setting changes on the display as recommended. There is no key to turn the bike on/off, just a power button. The only key is to take the battery off. This is my first e-bike, so I don’t know if others are the same, but this seems to be a safety/security issue to me. The only way to make sure a child doesn’t start it or thief take off on it is to remove the battery. ... show more

My husband and I were concerned about assembling the bike. Instructions and video very helpful. Was amazed at how fast the bike is on first level up a small incline. We both find at our senior age the step-through the best and easiest. I would definitely recommend the CityRang 2.0 e-bike for a first time purchase. Bought early December and just got the chance to today to unbox and assemble, looks like a nice bike but out of the box noticed the following; Battery latch was broken, chain cover is broken and battery housing was bent and we just unboxed it today!! Assembled it anyways and took it for a 200 feet only spin, works okay, but battery isn’t secured because of the latch, and probably at risk of falling ... show more
