This is a Milwaukee M12 tool, that's all you need to know, its built extremely well, is powerful, and easy to use The speed dial is in a good spot for easy adjustment. The tools head is super easy for centering changing attachments, and excellent concept. Only downside is the attachments. The cutting blade is ok, but the triangular sanding head is junk. A little heat and the velcro backing melts leaving it useless as the sanding pads won't stay ink place. Its like they weren't designed to stand up to the speed and power of this thing. seems to work very well (the concern is will milwaukee honor warranty on this if it was purchased on amazon by an independent seller?) battery life is reasonable if not used on high power. I was trying to use it to cut through deck screws......not an easy task and killed battery quickly. works very well on wood. Accuracy is dependent on the user and not the tool. Seems to have many uses and is versatile. It is not used heavily so I suspect it will last awhile (I hope). This is one of those tools where it is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it ... show more

This is bad to the bone. Cuts really fast. Just use old blade to loosen the screw to replace blade. Even uses the blades that are not slotted. Plenty of power
