Sure enough, this dehumidifier did not disappoint. On the first day of using the machine, it extracted a full bucket of water, instantly making the air in the room much fresher. Purchased unit and was impressed with the build quality. It worked great for a few months before it stopped dehumidifying. Very disappointing for a unit that cost me $700 and is now completely useless after only a few months !! Multiple attempts to contact Customer Service via Email. No response. Still waiting and hoping for resolution (replacement or refund) from the company. UPDATE: Multiple Emails to Customer Support have been ignored. Stuck with a dehumidifier that doesn't dehumidify and can not find anyone to diagnose and repair. Pretty sure issue is that all the refrigerant has leaked out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMANY !!!!

I’M WRITING ANOTHER REVIEW THAT WILL BE SHOWN LATER IN THIS ONE. I’M HANDICAPPED AND NEEDED A MACHINE THAT ROLLED EASY/ACCURATE/AND I COULD DEPEND ON TO DO THE JOB. IT DOES ROLL EASY AND THE DIGITAL DISPLAY ON THE TOP OF MACHINE READ ON THE MONEY COMPARED TO THE OTHER TWO HUMIDITY MONITORS I HAVE UNDER THERE WITH IT. THIS ONE IS QUIETER THAN OTHERS I HAVE HAD AND A REAL SMOOTH SOUND TO IT. I GOT IT RUNNING AND WITHIN AN HOUR IT HAD MY HUMIDITY UNDER CONTROL (OVER A 20% DROP IN HUMIDITY). THIS MACHINE IS A WORK HORSE. NOT ONLY DROPPED THE % TO EXACTLY WERE SET TO, BUT KEPT IT THERE. I ‘M VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND WOULD BUY AGAIN. ABOUT 8 MONTHS LATER I HAD A PROBLEM, CONTACTED SELLER AND IN A LOT LESS THAN 24 HOURS THEY NOT ONLY RESPONDED BUT TO MY TOTAL SATISFACTION HAD RESOLVED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS. THIS IS THE REASON FOR THIS SECOND REVIEW. GREAT SUPPORT! This dehumidifier is much easier to operate than I expected. My restaurant often experiences wet and slippery floors on rainy days, especially during the summer months. I have tried several different machines in the past, and this one has been the most impressive by far. The unit has strong dehumidifying power — noticeable improvements can be seen within about an hour. The only area for improvement would be the included drainage hose, which feels a bit flimsy and could be made more durable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would confidently recommend it to others facing similar humidity challenges.
