The media could not be loaded. Living by a creek in the eastern United States, I am surrounded by the beauty of nature every day. Outside my window, the gentle sound of the creek, accompanied by the morning birdsong, is truly refreshing. However, while the environment here is enchantingly beautiful, the moist air presents a significant challenge. As the humidity increased, my family and I began to feel a bit heavy, and even the furniture in our home started to show signs of dampness. One day, at a neighborhood gathering, I heard about this dehumidifier—the 250 PPD Dehumidifier. A neighbor mentioned that this dehumidifier could not only extract a large amount of moisture in a short time but also make the air in the house dry and comfortable. I decided to give it a try. Sure enough, this dehumidifier did not disappoint. On the first day of using the machine, it extracted a full bucket of water, instantly making the air in the room much fresher. Our whole family was amazed by its efficiency and power. It can extract up to 250 pints (110 PPD AHAM) of moisture per day, suitable for areas up to 8,000 square feet, which is perfect for our home. Once, we experienced a sudden downpour, and the basement began to show signs of seepage. Fortunately, with this dehumidifier, it quickly reduced the humidity in the air, helping us rapidly dry the affected area. This dehumidifier is effective in every space in our home. I am particularly satisfied with the 24-hour continuous dehumidifying function of this machine. IT DOES ROLL EASY AND THE DIGITAL DISPLAY ON THE TOP OF MACHINE READ ON THE MONEY COMPARED TO THE OTHER TWO HUMIDITY MONITORS I HAVE UNDER THERE WITH IT. THIS ONE IS QUIETER THAN OTHERS I HAVE HAD AND A REAL SMOOTH SOUND TO IT. I GOT IT RUNNING AND WITHIN AN HOUR IT HAD MY HUMIDITY UNDER CONTROL (OVER A 20% DROP IN HUMIDITY). THIS MACHINE IS A WORK HORSE. NOT ONLY DROPPED THE % TO EXACTLY WERE SET TO, BUT KEPT IT THERE. I ‘M VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND WOULD BUY AGAIN. ABOUT 8 MONTHS LATER I HAD A PROBLEM, CONTACTED SELLER AND IN A LOT LESS THAN 24 HOURS THEY NOT ONLY RESPONDED BUT TO MY TOTAL SATISFACTION HAD RESOLVED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS. After using it for a few days, I can clearly feel that the air is not so humid and the air is much clearer. And it is very smart, you can adjust it. You can adjust the air humidity to what you want. And you don't need to turn it on all day. The sound is okay, not very loud, and it is about the same as the sound of air conditioning in summer. For me, I like to turn it on in the morning and not at night. Overall, it is quite comfortable to use.

I purchased this ANDTE Dehumidifier 1/21/24 and I used it from January to June 2024. I put it away for the summer and set it up 11/1/24 to start using again and it stopped collecting water. I needed assistance as it has a 5 year warranty and I paid $593. for it. I emailed the company through Amazon and received NO response. Then I contacted Amazon twice now and they sent messages to the ANDTE company but they are still not responding to me. It was a waste of money and there is no one to help with the product. I would NOT recommend buying one of these. I am still trying to get help with this purchase.

Kept my basement at a constant 45% humidty. The basement averaged 65% humidity before I purchased and started using the dehumidifier. Unfortunately the unit developed a regrigerant leak after 3 months of continuous usage which caused it to stop dehumidifying. I emailed "Customer Support" and they resolved the issue by sending a replacement unit within a few days of my initial contact. Very happy they took responsibility and sent out a replacement. A+ for customer support and service !
