Very happy with these tumblers across the board. Most importantly, they sublimated beautifully. Very easy to work with given the flat bottoms. I appreciate the included rubber base. The lids and straws work flawlessly. The carry handle articulates smoothly. The individual packaging is a plus. None of the tumblers was damaged. I have bought so many of these and I love how they sublimate!! I’ve never received any damage cups and I’ve ordered so many times! They are my absolute fav!! Idk how I can’t upload a video but here’s the best pic I could get.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I took time researching to find the right tumblers to personalize for an upcoming event, but unfortunately, the replacement items will arrive too late. This is all Amazon customer service could offer unless I return the original items (which have all been personalized.) A little less than half of the tumblers were discolored when personlized. even though the same methods were used on all of them. I would say hit or miss with sublimation. I don’t usually do reviews but very disappointed with the product and Amazon customer service. These were not cheap! ... show more
