We have several Serwall pieces of outdoor furniture and we will not buy any other brand ever again! Serwall is far superior to other brands we regretfully purchased in the past! They are easy to put together and hold up very well, even in our salt air and saltwater conditions here at the coast. Very sturdy and made of high quality materials, and comes in many colors. This set was at a vacation rental where we stayed and we loved the design of it so we bought one for our pool deck even though we already had another Serwall table and chairs set that we use all the time. We love it and I highly recommend this set and this brand.

I am in love with these chairs. You can put them together attached to the table or not. They are very comfortable and well made. We did not have any issues putting them together and all the parts were included. The price is amazing and delivery was fast!! I love the grey color.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product because it was a lot less expensive than the other brands. It was super easy to put together. completed assembly within 2.5 hours. It is very sturdy. Very comfortable. Looks great. Highly recommended. I carefully read the other review concerns about not getting the complete product or missing parts. I fortunately did not have any of those problems.

25 minute assembly not feasible. Instruction solid, but ambiguous in places, making for rework. The clock picture of 4 hours feasible given instruction familiaroty and real tools joining the benches beyond difficult. It requires help or a work bench. I love the final product.

Really nice product, I love them. The material is sturdy, it's nice looking and solid. Took a little while to put together, but instructions were easy, it's 2 chairs so it's not going to go quick. If I had more room I'd get another set. It's a nice feature to have holes for an umbrella, that will come in handy and it's heavy enough I'm not worried about them tipping over in a wind.

Instructions are a problem. They refer to left and right without ever giving a point of reference. If you put it together and have to remove a screw to correct, it substantially weakens the chair's integrity. They get dirty easily and can be hard to clean because of the simulated wood grain. Aside from that, they are comfortable and good looking.
