Great support! In mid-January, I bought an electric wheelchair D3-B from ZURCHEEL on Amazon. At the beginning of May, it stopped walking (probably a result of "wrongdoing"). I contacted the seller and asked them to help. They requested a video to detect what is wrong. After a few email exchanges, they concluded that it might be the controller or the joystick, and were willing to send the parts to me directly. Because it was out of warranty, I agreed to pay for the parts. (It was $120 for the controller and joystick.) Later, they discovered they were out of stock :(, but they took the parts I needed from a chair that was ready to sell. It was an unusual and unexpected support move. I was very pleased. I received the parts and installed the controller in a week - everything was fine. The chair worked as a new one.

This is a great wheelchair,very well built and it rides great. The only thing that was wrong with the wheelchair is that it doesn’t free wheel and that was a deal breaker.The company was great about taking it back and refunding our money. We bought the wheelchair for our 88 year old father-in-law and he needed someone to be able to push the chair. Five stars for great customer service. Thanks very much.

A little on the light side. But that was what I was looking for. This chair preforms well, just a little bit of an adjustment from my old heavier chair. The difference between 280 lbs and 17 lbs. I’m enjoying the convenience and that it is so nice to just go places with out figuring out how I’m going to get there no can’t go because of size of my car. The cost factor is great.

Really wanted to like this. But controls are shaky and lag behind when using the controls on the armrest. When I need to stop I don’t want to wait several seconds to do so.

This is our 3rd electric chair. Ranging in durability and cost. Extensive research went into finding a light weight chair. The controller has backup alarm off switch, a hand held easy to use remote for caregiver easy to connect ( why we bought it) Weighing around 35-40 lbs it is manageable however a few interesting details is of great comcern. The chair does not click open so if you fall into that track at Disney it will dump forward or any other minimal dip in the road risking safety. Second, the frame is not round therefore NO cup holders or attachments work. This is a horrible design and had I known probably would not have made the purchase for these 2 reasons. Perks: battery life is fabulous. Located at the back , easy to reach, Batteries can work single or double charge in and out of the chair . However under the hand control is usually a usb charger and flash flight. This has the holes but no device huge disappointment. I was able to take the back of the seat off and rig up a storage baggie in the back. The chair is quite narrow, 150-160 lbs fits comfortably, easy to open and shut. Room for a bag underneath the seat. Overall the chair is nice quality feels sturdy enough. With minor personal concerns.
