I used epsom salt baths before but this one really hit different after workouts. I highly suggest using this using before bed if you really want to sleep like a rock. I’m active duty overseas in Tokyo and I’m always a light sleeper so every earthquake wakes me up in the middle of the night. Using this before bed after a good workout made me successfully sleep through 2 earthquakes and almost my alarm. I really want to try the goat milk dream soak one but for some reason it won’t ship to military apo. Perhaps in the future if you guys see this can you please make it able to ship to apo? This will be my number 1 suggestion I give to anyone who works out a lot and needs the mussel release. ... show more
