    • Could be great but stopped working after one charge
Update: we attempted to reach out to the manufacturer and they requested our phone number so a technician can call us to help fix the issues. Still waiting on a call two weeks later. My husband advised the only way the vehicle will start after charging is by attempting to unplug, turn it on (lights will flash but it won’t start), plug it back in for 2-3 min, push the start button three times, unplug it, push the start button again and it *may* start. We’ve had a few ride-on cars for our kids but after we recently moved to more land/dirt areas, we wanted to upgrade to a 24v so it could handle the terrain better. I want to love this! It handles the uneven land great for a kids car - BUT, it stopped working after one charge. We made sure to follow charging time instructions and didn’t under or over charge. After one full cycle charging, it wouldn’t turn on anymore. So disappointing. My husband was able to check wires and reset it, which worked - temporarily. Kids played with it and within 10 minutes the car said “low charge”. We charged it again, which led to it not starting AGAIN! I want to love it, but I can’t. I went out on a whim with no reviews and am super disappointed. It has the ability to be super fun, but not if you can’t use it :( ... show more

    • BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
BUYER LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY.. Amazon is looking into removing them. We order the Dune Buggy for our granddaughters' birthday. The dune buggy came, after hours of putting it together and chatging it for 6 hours all the buttons didn't work. It has multiple buttons on the dash of this DB. None of them worked. The only way to move the car was by using the remote-control hand handle controller. Our granddaughter was in tears as this was her only gift. After getting a hold of the company they stated this is a new product for them and they had no reviews yet. I should have checked reviews, but I was in a rush to order. The total was $741.99 and I thought the company would have been kind enough to say we will overnight you a new one asap. They DO NOT care about you as a customer ONLY MONEY MONEY MONEY so BE CAREFUL. Now they want me (75 years old) to take the time to take it apart, pack it back up, carry this box to UPS and when they get it, they will refund our money. It's not that easy. I had to pay someone $150.00 to put it together. I dont know how to take it apart and I sure cannot lift it. I am stuck with a $750.00 product that does not work. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY ... show more

My kids have had these for five months and we have had multiple electric problems and now the whole tire is coming off. They don’t sell replacement tires either.
