I do a lot of canning and bought this one to use in addition to another large one I already have. I love that this is induction ready. I use an induction hot plate on my table because my counters are higher than standard. I wanted induction because many new electric stoves are also induction now so this pressure canner will be one I can use for decades. I particularly like the pressure valve rocker. It's weighted, which makes it more accurate to maintain the proper pressure. Accurate pressure is essential for safe food preservation. The large size is excellent for quart size jars. It is big enough to allow 1" of water over the quart size jars. You can get more done with these larger canners. Very happy with this one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately we just bought this. This was our first time use. Followed instructions to a T. And the lid/seal is leaking. I’m in the middle of letting the canner depressurize right now because I’m afraid of it exploding or now sealing properly . Disappointed but hoping the seller has some answers. ... show more

Everything about this canner is better than expected. The biggest problem is information. I find no way to order spare parts and accessories. I cannot see a way to contact the company

First impressions were this lot feels thicker than one we purchased 3 years ago. Bottom is very strong. I think it could work in an induction burner! Material strength and design shows some thought was put into it.. the seal appears to be stronger. It is made of silicon instead of black rubber. I like that! Those worries about safety don’t appear to have a reasonable understanding of pressure cooking. They don’t blow up unless you buy a cheap one. This is heavy duty. Nice pack of tools as I recently lost my jar lifter which this included. Sweet. Size was nice and big. Material will have an ease of cleaning which is great. Functionality wise, the Magnetic lead lifter is great. The tongs were a great addition and unexpected. I’m confident it will become my go to canner for this apple season! The pressure canner works perfectly. The instructions are a little vague and Orange door doesn't have a lot online. However, from watching other pressure canner videos I was able to work this canner. It's a good pressure canner.
