Love these lamps! Got them on sale for like $30 so was hoping didn't look cheap and they don't. They are for my guest bedroom which is not used much so I didn't want to spend a lot. Easy to assemble. Look very nice.

When I first opened up the lamps, I noticed that the threaded tube/neck on one of the lamps was severely misaligned, which made the lamp as a whole, crooked & askew. I took a photo of the problem, but the picture unfortunately got erased before I could upload. Simply put, the threaded tube/neck was at about an 80 degree slanted angle, when it's supposed to be around 90 degrees. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the reason why it was slanted, was because the threaded tube/neck wasn't sitting properly on the rubber gasket at the base of the neck. To remedy this, I chiseled away at the gasket until I was finally able to completely take it off. I then re-screwed the neck onto the lamp without the gasket. It seems to be holding up and the problem is almost gone now. I posted an after picture to show what the lamp looks like now (it's the first photo, you can still tell there is a slight tilt, but it's much better now). I discovered a really big positive though while chiseling away at the gasket - the lamps are very scratch resistant! My little screwdriver that I was using to chisel with slipped a few times and the lamp practically brushed it off like it was no problem. Didn't leave a nick. Other than the trouble with the tubing on the one lamp, I don't have anything bad to say. The lamps are absolutely gorgeous, the ceramic has consistent texture and color. The little pull chain is satisfying to use. The lampshades are sleek and nice looking (you have to put them together, but they're easy enough to do so). The lamps won't break the budget. Overall, despite the headache with the one lamp, I still give these lamps 4/5 stars (I just had to dock a star off for that). If you like the design, I definitely think you should take a chance on these lamps. If I had a redo, I'd still order them again, even if I knew I would have to do a little DIY, that's how much I love the look and feel of these lamps. ... show more

I was so excited to buy this and I love the color and shape, but when I opened the box, it was a mess foam was everywhere, making it hard to unpack. The ceramic part of the lamp had a noticeable white spot where the paint seemed to be missing. When I assembled the lampshades, they didn’t sit evenly, and one had a visible stain. It also came with two bulbs one warm light and one cold white which looked mismatched. Unfortunately, I’m returning it, and it’s taking too much time and effort to repack everything.     • Just what I was looking for, but ditched the bulbs.

I had found similar lamps at Lowe's that were twice as expensive and was thrilled to find these! I wish the blue wasn't quite so dark, but it's not a deal breaker. Pros - price, size, pull chain access. Con - the included bulbs that are 3 colors. It doesn't stay on the color you like so each time you have to click though to the one you want. My resolution was buying bulbs the color and brightness I wanted (while keeping in mind the max brightness allowed). Now I just use the pull chain to turn them on and off and have the quality lighting that works for me. ... show more
