We recieved this 2 drawer fridge a few weeks ago. Like many other reviews it came with a dent in the front bottom grill and a dent on the bottom of the back of the unit. We are remodeling our kitchen, and we wanted to provide access to beverages without having to get in each other’s way in the kitchen. We plugged it in, and while it beeped it would not power on. We contacted the seller on Amazon, and Jet was wonderful at communicating with us. He had us video the unit, and he sent detailed direction to fix the unit which ended up being the interior power cord came unplugged during shipping. It has been running for a few days, and it keeps the beverages cold. Like many reviewers have stated - it holds a lot more drinks than you expect. As far as the sound - it is louder than I expected after reading so many reviews about the quiet hum. I’m wondering if possibly it has something else going on to make it louder than others claim. Jet is sending us a new grill for the front. He sent us the tracking number so that we can follow. His level of attention to our concerns is what customer service is all about. I wish that more sellers would take the time to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied the way Jet has done. The bottom line is that this unit was the best price I could find, and it has so far exceded my expectations. It looks very high end and looks very nice in our beverage & snack area. I definitely recommend this unit.

This product has been great however I did have issues at the start. At times it would start beeping non stop even when fridge was closed . I talked with Customer service , trying to find a good solution. After some time , the best decision was to send a replacement fridge. Since then the fridge has been working flawlessly and has been great to have! Has good amount of space , has been quiet while running, and has kept food cold. 10/10

We purchased this unit 6 months before we installed it into our new home. To my frustration, there was no power when I plugged the unit on. I contacted manufacturer immediately and they offered me a full exchange of the item or step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problem with a partial discount. I decided on fixing it myself. I spent roughly 1 hr following well-illustrated directions and I was able to replug in an internal power cord that was most likely rattled loose during original transportation. Today, the unit is working great and I received the partial refund. In this age it is rare finding a company that can provide quick and kindly communication. I would definitely buy from this company again given their excellent customer service department and superior product.

This Chinese piece of junk hasn't worked from day one. Door alarm starts beeping every time we try to turn the power on. I have contacted Amazon who wont help me. I ordered this refrigerator early so that the outdoor kitchen contractor had it on sight for the dimensions, just got it installed and doesn't work. Since this is an off brand , I can't find a service tech to service it. I spent almost 1300 on this unit and still can't use it.!! I can't seem to find how to contact the seller and Amazon won't help me.

The media could not be loaded. This is such a nice mini fridge! It's really solid and heavy. The shelves can all be moved to accommodate whatever size beverages you're storing. It's got a lot of storage space within it. Way more than I'm used to seeing in a smaller fridge.The best thing about it,I did the research and this drawer refrigerator seemed to be the best value for the money. Easily adjust temperature with digital display and push buttons. Keeps drinks cold in 100+ degree temperatures. Would definitely recommend this product.

Love the price first of all for an outdoor bar refrigerator. It did not take too long to arrive either. Seller notified me when it was shipped and wanted me to let them know if it got damaged in shipment they would take care of me. Unfortunately it did get mishandled during shipment and got a big dent on the back and one on a side that was not as big. Called Amazon customer service regarding the damage and they gave me a generous refund that credited to my debit card the next morning. Very satisfied with this item and Amazon's white glove treatment of my concerns.
