En un momento pensé en devolverla he inclusive hice la devolución en la aplicacion porque en el momento que la prove no me funcionó, pero el problema que habia era que solo habia conectado una línea de 120 voltios y la estufa trabaja con 240 voltios. Cuando conecte bien la estufa empezó a surgir la magia y ya tengo como 10 dias de usarla y funciona a la perfección.

The touch controls are slow to respond and sometimes freeze. Burners heat unevenly, making cooking frustrating. Surface scratches easily, even with gentle use. Installation instructions were unclear, and wiring was tricky. For the price, I expected better quality and performance. Would not recommend for serious cooking needs.

This item is well suited for an island situation within the kitchen or a covered patio. It simply drops into place, secured and hard wired into an outlet. The voltage is 220-240v, not 120v. The unit is 24 inches and has 4 burners to make it very functional and easy to cook several items at once. The cook top heats up quickly, with wattage of 6000w shared between them ranging from 1200w to 1800w. The design is good quality. I appreciate the touch controls so there are no dials to mess with. The surface is glass and easy to clean. Good value cooktop if you are looking to add or replace this item in your kitchen.
