We combine expert technology with safety to ensure high success rates for breeders of all levels. What is the recommended incubation environment? Place it indoors on a wooden tabletop, or put materials such as cardboard or cloth underneath to prevent rapid heat loss. Avoid direct sunlight or air conditioning vents. What is the most suitable ambient temperature for the incubator to operate? The optimal incubator ambient temperature is 20°C–30°C (68°F–86°F). Use insulation or cooling if outside this range to maintain stable internal temperature. Does the incubator need water refilling during operation? How to refill? Usually, there is no need to add water during operation. If the water level is low, water can be added through the water refill port on the side of the tank (using the included water bottle) until it overflows from the refill port. Can eggs of different species be incubated at the same time? No. Different egg types need different temperature, humidity, and incubation periods. Mixing them lowers hatch rates and may cause failure. What should be done if there is a power outage during the incubation process? During a power outage, immediately use a 12V 6A emergency battery. Connect red clip to positive (+) and black clip to negative (–) terminals to keep the incubator running and protect the embryos.
