I am returning this product after loosing a clutch of quail eggs! The issue I have seen with this product are NUMEROUS, there's pretty much nothing good about it! 1. Temperature and humidity controls are AWFUL. The temp reads several degrees off, I had a to by a wifi thermometer/hydrometer to monitor the actual temp and humidity. The Temp was often 3-4 degrees off from what the display said, humidity was often about 10 percentage points off. 2. This system CANNOT maintain a good temp or humidity. It would fluctuate temp between 96 degrees and 102 degrees!! That was WAY too much of a fluctuation for the eggs to handle. It struggles to exceed 60% humidity. 3. The design is dangerous and will lead to chicks drowning! I had to stage a rescue operation for the early hatchers as one ended up in the water reservoir on the bottom after climbing out of the incubator tray. I had to boil water and cover the incubator and myself with a sheet with the boiling water under she sheet with me. Once the humidity was high enough I opened the incubator to rescue the already hatched chicks. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY! It's downright dangerous for your hatchlings and will waste you money in hatching eggs and time. I am returning my unit ASAP! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Don't buy this. It will kill your babies. Horrible design. They fall right over the drawers lip and into the water below and die. An absolutely horrible thing to wake up to. The rest of our 24 eggs will probably never even hatch because I had to take it apart to clean out our dead babies. I'm so angry.
