I love this! E-bike has a lot of power, gets you around town easily and up and down trails when you get it. Make sure all the nuts and bolts are tight on the whole bike I have about 250 mi on mine and one full charge lasts roughly about 15 to 25 real life miles full assist no pedaling it depends alot on how hilly it is. Otherwise great bike. It really does go 40 mph which if you're in town you never go those speeds anyway. Would recommend to anybody wanting to get an e-bike. That's a little bit more affordable like this one. Don't go too cheap Easy to use and easy to assemble ... show more

The bike is soo cool. Sharp looking, rides nicely, PAS is activated almost immediately and goes right to setting speed. The seat is my only complaint. It makes my girl sore and I can’t seem to adjust the seat at all. Battery runs down fast if using light and PAS at 3 and up. By fast I mean only one bar left after 18 miles nearly solid use, two short small hills and one gradual incline of about 2 miles. I have reached 37 mph, have had bike couple weeks. I have gotten only about 45 miles out of a charge, but I have yet to ‘cruise’. So far it’s been zoom zoom to work at 2:30am, and zoom zoom home to rest a few minutes, before granddaughters are picked up from preschool. Battery & I are learning each other, seem like I am starting to get more out of a charge, each ride. I believe this bike would be too small for someone with much height. I’m 5’2, can touch ground with toes sitting down. Keep in mind, seat is all the way down. ... show more

Do not buy!!! Real person here. My battery constantly is dead the seats horribly uncomfortable. The handle bars dont stay tight they always shift and you have to keep the tool pack on u at all times to tighten it or lose the handle bars. Very poorly made product all around waste of money and the battery gets worse as you use it. Conveniently for them past the return date policy. Its horrible n I've had it for almost two months and hate it. I had a heat stroke yesterday because my battery didnt last me 17 miles even i got called in as a hit and run victim laying on the side of the road they told me when the ambulance and 3 squad cars rolled up on me. I had to take work off today because i am still puking sick and can barely walk after pedaling a 88 pound bike 8 miles before i stroked out on the side of the road (mind you i am in tennessee and its very hot and humid here and i just got off my 8 hr shift in a hot factory with no air. The pedaling without pedal assist is horrible as well it barely gets moving the gears are trash somehow even its crazy i have never owned a bike i hated so much.. do not buy! ... show more

Made it to and from work a couple of days each week. I have about 27 miles each way. Glad I bought the extra battery as I have to swap out after 18 miles. Granted, I am running pretty much full speed. Trick was to find a route with minimal surface streets that are busy. I bike in at 4:30a but head home at 5p. Takes about 1.5 hours each way. Nice part... no traffic, and if there is, I can pass cars waiting at the light; trick is timing to hit the limit line when the light turns green. I do have hills to climb each way. Pretty satisfied. As for battery charging, I use a power supply at 58.8V and 4.5A current limit. I can charge an empty battery in about 2.5 hours. ... show more

The bike, thankfully, didn’t show up in a flat box with a nightmare project of allen key wrenches and pictographs. The instructions are clear with one book for the bike and the other for the digital display. I just hooked the front wheel and a few other things, finishing by adding the dog trailer. I added some side view mirrors. My boy (dog) loves it and that’s all that matters. I will be looking to have a suspension system added to the trailer.
