Saved up for this purchase. Bought the Creality because the printers were always good. Received the Laser on time and in great condition. But, have not been able to use it. The printer ships with a SD card that has the needed machine files for it to work seamlessly with LightBurn, test files, and instructions. The SD card that came with this machine was blank and non formatted, no files. Have tried for the last 5 days to get help from Creality to get the needed files. Looked online, and on the Creality support site. At the writing of this review still no help from Creality. The device is basically a brick. I did get in contact with a support agent via chat on the Creality web site. the agent said he would forward my concern and I would be contacted. I asked for contact information or support ticket number for reference and he stopped the chat. So, the hardware might be really good, but if you have a problem you will be on your own! You will need to decide if this is worth the price if you have a issue. I will cut my losses and send this back to Amazon as a damaged device. ... show more

This size will not accommodate a full 12" piece of wood, which I found disappointing considering the listing says 12.6" by 12.6". Other than that, it seems to work very well for my creality laser engraver. No official method is included for attaching the feet, so I shoved them into the holes closest to the edge of the bed and it seems to work fine. I was getting burnt edges on the backside of my laser engraves with the honeycomb sheet directly placed against the aluminum plate backing, so raising it with the included risers was necessary to get a good result for me. I have not noticed any head gathering below the metal plate included, so it seems like the materials they have chosen work well for this application! ... show more

Helps to dissipate smoke and materials in the lasering process. Have noticed slight improvements in job quality. Kind of surprised it to Creality so long to come out with one, others have had similar honeycomb beds in the same size available for a while; albeit they serve the same purpose.

This will help with my laser cutting projects so much, before I found this item I had to use a ceramic tile below my cutting materials which is not ideal.

This set was absolutely a lifesaver! The lift the feet gave was worth it alone. The machine is lifted enough to now fit a rotary roller! If you don't have honeycomb......invest! Game changer. The amount of scorching is dramatically reduced.

    • No way to attach legs.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if there is no way to attach the legs to this item. I have searched and searched, but I cannot find any way to attach the legs to it. Additionally, I wish it was slightly smaller so that it could fit on the print bed of an Ender 3 Max Neo. It is about 1 millimeter too large to fit on that printer. The only thing that I found useful was the metal plate. It was able to fit my printer, and it was durable enough to withstand the laser. ... show more
