These insoles fit well and feels great. I like the extra support that they provide and how cushy they are. I could see these being great for going on a long walking trip or everyday use. They are expensive at the current price of $29.99.

I ordered a Medium (8-9.5M), and the box was sealed/labeled as such. However, inside the box was a pair of Small insoles. They do have a rigid arch, so that’s nice. Since it’s not worth the hassle of a return, I’ll see if they will work anyway, even though they’re not the size I ordered. On initial wear, the sides don’t feel even. The left arch feels noticeably higher, while the right arch feels like it’s not even there. ... show more

that accurate on the Amazon website. I ordered the medium support arch because my arch is within normal range. I didn't find these insoles very supportive for my feet. I think they are a bit too thick in the heel area and the medium support arch does not offer enough support. I felt that my feet were too close to the ground with the insoles in my shoes. I contacted the seller because the insoles are not returnable through the Amazon website. They reimbursed me the full price minus (-$2.00) , so in essence I lost only $2.00. ... show more

These shoe inserts are pretty simple to size. As long as the shoe you are fitting them to has an insert that can be removed, all one has to do is use that insert to adjust the size of these arch supports. They cut really easily and slipped into the shoe just fine. I found that the inserts worked well. They seemed to provide good arch support--though I would need to spend a few days with them, probably on my feet a lot, to give a more thorough review. But, I did work in the kitchen with these on--doing dishes and cooking--and I found that they were quite comfortable and helped with my balance. ... show more

DISCLAIMER: this review is solely based on my personal experience/usage of the product. Yours might be different. These insoles are great. I walk on treadmills for hours everyday when I work and my walking shoes are killing me. I tried these insoles and I can immediately feel the relief.
