These are not too bad. I just got them and I put them in my shoes this morning. I have to walk around a bit more in them to really be able to tell. But they felt ok. It was ok value for the money. I have to test them more to see if I get foot pain. Walking was ok. They were fairly thick. Durable.

Comfortable insoles once you break them in. However, they are too squeaky after breaking them in. So I put them in my house shoes. if they could remedy the squeaky noise it would be optimal insole replacement.

These are excellent solution to Planters Fasciitis... I am 6', 300 lbs with size 13+ feet and these are the only ones I have found that can take the punishment I dish out on my feet. Excellent quality and easy to fit. Highly recommended. Great support and my Planters Fasciitis is about 90% improved in just a few weeks of installing these bad-boys. On the day of delivery I put them in the same night and soon as I started walking I felt a big big difference,my feet feel so so much better and I can see the side of my shoe doesn't go in by my ankle.the pain is almost completely gone not 100 percent but man these made big big difference for me tonight having this kind of foot pain just makes you mad when you are on your feet all day or night but will do another review in a few days hopefully it will be completely gone.i did need to adjust them just a lil bit ... show more
