I bought this mower in March. It worked fine till middle of June. It flooded and locked up. After removing the spark plug to air out, gas will shoot out the muffler when I pulled on the cord. I let it stand for 24 hours and attempted to start. It started but ran rough for 20 to 30 seconds and quit. I emailed the warranty information 10 days ago and still not heard from them. I previously had a Briggs and Stratton engine mower and lasted 15+ years. This ran fine for 2 months. Can’t get warranty response. I would recommend buyers to avoid this product. Pay a little more and buy another US MADE mower. Poor customer service response. I am not sure if the customer service reads any Amazon review of their product but it sucks.

I'm glad I bought this mower. Didn't get the self propelled, but it's easy to push. started on 1st pull and it has a strong motor. Easy to assemble and cuts easy.

I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase of this lawnmower, which has proven to be an utterly deplorable product. Upon assembly straight out of the box, I followed all instructions meticulously, primed the mower as directed, and yet it refused to crank. This is a brand-new item, and such a failure is absolutely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the customer service experience was nothing short of infuriating. The representative, clearly based overseas, had an accent so difficult to decipher that communication was nearly impossible. Between my own accent and hers, resolving the issue felt like an exercise in futility. I was left with no choice but to demand a refund, which should never be the outcome for a product marketed as functional. This lawnmower is a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise anyone considering this product to steer clear and avoid the headache altogether. Save your hard-earned dollars for something that actually works.
