These are great! I just ordered these binoculars. As soon as they arrive I put the phone attachment on and went outside to take a test phot, to see how much closer I could get. I thought the vision would be stronger, that I could see farther than with the "opera glasses" I have, but it's the same. The phone attachment isn't as easy as I thought it would be.

I wish I didn't have to give it such a low rating, it's good looking, the camouflage finish looks MUCH better in real life than the picture on the Amazon website, but night vision? I know what night vision is, and this isn't it. It looks fair in low light conditions but claiming night vision is false advertising. On the upside, the optics are Great for the price, focus is sharp, image is perfect, but the left eyepiece slips right off. When you go to take the protective cover off, the entire left eyepiece assembly comes off very easily. I'd be afraid to take this in the field with an important piece like that slipping off so easily. Hopefully next time. ... show more

Magnification is not even close to a 20x. It's not even a 7x. I have an old high-quality Japanese 7x50 binoculars that I use to check my target to see where each bullet hits. At more than 50 yards it's difficult to see the dime-size holes in the paper with my 7x, so I bought these 20x50 to see the bullet holes better. Well, this 20x50 isn't even as strong as my old 7x50! My friend who was spotting for me has better vision than me and he had to revert to the old ones to let me know where on the target I was hitting. Other than they don't magnify much, the quality seems good so I'm going to let my 5 year-old granddaughter play with them on our walks in the woods. ... show more
