We purchased the binoculars in May 2021. They came with a 1 year warranty however in September of 2022 one of the ocular eye pieces fell out. We contacted the seller to find out if they could be repaired. They responded quickly and replaced the binoculars. The seller was very easy to work with.

The media could not be loaded. Beautifully constructed. Sturdy but not heavy. Everything you need in a binocular. And you can set it up on a tripod. I am returning to get a replacement as the one purchased seemed as if it was opened. One of the lens were unscrewed. I screwed it back up and it works great. I just refused to pay full price for open-box when I purchased it NEW! Overall, I loved the product. Can't wait to recieve my replacement. ... show more

Let me put this simply. When I was able to read vehicle numbers like 200 feet away, I was just like whao. Impressive. But when I picked up this binoculars and checked out a plane way high in the sky, a plane I could barely see, and with this binoculars, I could read clearly FEDEX on the plane, I was completely blown away.     • Amazing deal for the money
First, let me say that I'm just an amateur. I started out wanting telescopes, but realized how much of a pain that was for setup, etc. Then I moved on to bino's for stargazing, moon watching, etc. 20x is about the best magnification you can get if you just simply hold them by hand and focus and watch. If I lean on something, I can get amazing crystal clear vision through these. Night or daytime, the images are very sharp and clear. I'm not a bird watcher, I live in a downtown high rise and to be honest, I people watch and building watch. So, since there aren't many reviews for the people that look at things other than birds, let me give you my insight. From almost a mile, I can tell you how many mini lights are on the stadium. I can read exit signs on the interstate from well over a mile away. I can tell you what they say, clearly. I can also tell you that the lady in her apartment from 3 blocks away illegally opens her window to smoke and if she was 2 blocks away I could almost make out the brand. :) If you are a city landscape watcher, these are amazing. Oh, another thing, from a block away, I can read the license plate on a car. While this review may not work for some, it's about as accurate as a novice can get.
