Love It
Color: Marble Beige
Set name: U5 Pro + remote control
I have had this for a few days and love it so far. I let it sit on the counter a day before installing it to the hvac system and my kids kept asking what smelled so good. I am still learning how to operate it and can’t seem to get the scent to spread through the house now that it is hooked to the hvac. I haven’t given up hope yet..

Simply the Best home cold oil Diffuser.
Color: Marble Black
Set name: U5 Pro + remote control
Simply, the best Cold Oil Diffuser system, either Stand Alone or connected to HVAC. Seems well made and durable. I basically use as a stand alone unit and coverage is more than sufficient for my open concept, 3000 soft home. I’m sure it would provide better coverage if I connected to my HVAC system which appears simple enough. Instructional videos provided. The best part is the customer service. Communication is prompt and customer representative, Cindy, is absolutely wonderful. They really provide good prompt customer service and pride themselves to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Just some key points, choose good quality oils which produce pleasant, adequate and consistent scents. Unit is simple to use with instructional videos provided. No leakage noted as long as you follow directions and screw bottle firmly. Nice appearance and value .

Thos thing is awesome
Color: Marble Black
Set name: U5 Pro + remote control
I was so skeptical about buying this. First would it actually work like everyone says. Second, would I be able to install it by myself. Third, getting the wrong one always scares me. Literally the easiest thing to install in the whole wide world.I watched a video and it took me longer to build up the courage to get up the stairs to the attic than it did for me to install. I didn't even get down from the attic in the house. Smelts, like usually I can only get one small room to smell. I went outside for about 20 minutes and came in. And I actually had to turn the flow amount down. I use the small diffusers throughout the house. In the plugins, and never has anyone ever said wow. And nothing my kids walked in yesterday and was asking what that was. This morning I had to turn a round of heat on and didnt think it would work. It worked just as well. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH IT. 100/100 WOULD RECOMEND. The only thing they videos didnt say was whether the diffuser needed to be higher than where you put it in the ac duct. So I will share . NO,the unit works best if it is lower than the entry point on the duct. Love the app. I do wish you could use it when not home. Because it has bluetooth you can only change settings and timers when at home.

A Nice Addition to Any Room
Color: Marble Green
Set name: U5 Pro + remote control
First Impression: The product arrived on time and was well packaged. Performance: I’ve been using it for a while now in my 30x40 shop. It performs very well and I haven’t had any issues. What stood out most was the easy app setup. Pros: * Easy to use * Good build quality * Accurate description * Good value for the price Cons: *would like a longer power cord. *The app shows you oil level but a visual window on the unit would be nice. Overall: I would recommend this product to anyone looking for large area scent diffuser. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Love, love, love!
Color: Pure White
Set name: U5 Pro + remote control
I just love this machine. Exactly as described and works very well. I really like the app option too. I found the perfect combination of strength and time for my home. Can’t wait to try several different scents. Oils seem to be lasting a long time also. Just buy it, you won’t be sorry you did.

Problem with Topnotch Customer Service
Color: Marble Black
Set name: U5 Pro + remote control
It did not work with my ACH system. I moved it to the table but the lock mechanism did not work. After a few uses the top of the diffuser came apart. The print on app is small and hard to read. There was no phone number to call. However, they were responsive to my emails, followed up and offered a replacement and additional oils as well as the option for a full refund. The reviews for the other models were good. This could have been a rare thing. I am changing my review to reflect the excellent customer service.

Troubleshooting is painful
Color: Marble Black
Set name: U5 Pro + remote control
This was working satisfactorily at first, and then it stopped functioning. There was nothing diffusing in other words. I requested assistance with Aromadd and it’s been a long process via emails, requesting videos back-and-forth etc. It’s been time consuming to say the least. I just expected more, maybe not break so quickly and, a quicker resolution perhaps. It hasn’t even been two months since we purchased it.
