Have used this for about 2 months so far and it has performed as hoped. Granted, I am not someone who has ever owned a dolphin or major platform of pool vacuum , but after trying numerous other robots off Amazon, this one has definitely exceeded those by a mile. It doesn't get stuck, it actually cleans up debris, even smaller particles and is one of the easiest filters I have ever had to empty or clean out. Just the ease of pulling it out and cleaning makes it worth owning. It even parks itself at an angle up on the wall to make it easier to grab and pull out when finished. It charges quickly and lasts as needed for a good cleaning of a 21' pool. I included a short video of it climbing the wall. I've only used it two months so I can't speak to its longevity, but so far, way better than the rest I've tried. Only negative thing to say is that I never could get it to connect properly or stay connected to my phone app, but I really don't care to fool with that anyway. I can easily set everything from the dial on the top and just put it in water and let it do it's thing.

So far so good. I did a TON of research on pool vacuums and found out that pool people MUST be: 1) Too finicky 2) Have unreasonable expectations 3) Overly critical. I looked at every brand known to man and settled on a Dolphin before running into this little treasure for significantly less money (and without a cord). I had my reservations about the I garden because of what the "experts" say about cordless robots in general, however, for the money I spent (less than $400) I was willing to risk it. I am VERY glad that I "risked it." We have a rectangular pool (20 by 40) with a large tanning shelf. This thing keeps it spotless and we normally get about 3 hours out of each charge. It even tries to climb the wall to get closer to you when it runs out of battery (help you fish it out). It does the walls and floors well and keeps a nice pool if your pool isn't a total wreck. Superb maintenance robot that gets all of the silt and small stuff as well. I am very impressed with it, however, I am a new pool owner and had low expectations on this one. I haven't spent $350 on anything (other than a Betta SE Pro Auto Skimmer) for this pool that isn't a better value. Best money I spent and would do it again! Highly recommend!

Does a decent job but not as good as my Dolphin. But, at less than half the price, its quite good. The initial programing was problematic but the help line got me up and running. The battery is good for about 2 hours which should be enough for most pools. The basket is plenty large enough and easy to empty.

Looks great but does not live up to the product information. After 5 uses, one track belt came off in the pool and has left me to deal with warranties and tech support. Not a happy customer at this point. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!! I am updating my review of this product as follows: I wrote the review in total frustration over a product I desperately wanted to like and it broke within the first few days of use. I knew I had another task at hand dealing with customer service and tech support which frustrated me even more. Plus my pool really needed this tool and I did not have a back up plan. Then my email connected with Ning from iGarden advanced support and everything turned wonderful. She really read my email and responded to my concerns better than I could have ever expected. She immediately took full responsibility for the case and explained the company’s standard for excellence in service and offered a return label for the faulty machine and upgrade to a much higher value model than I had purchased. Within a week I had a new machine that I probably should have bought the first time around. I have used my new pool cleaner for a few days now - fondly named “Toro” because it zips around in turbo mode and cleans everything it gets on while the battery last much longer than I need. The cleaning is definitely better with this model and I see that this would have been a much better match for the size pool I have. Overall, I am thrilled with my pool cleaner and really thrilled with the exceptional level of service I have received from the company. Congratulations to iGarden for giving their customer service agents the ability to make independent decisions and trust them to make things right. I value companies that value their employees so I will be a customer for life. Thank you especially to Ning for following up repeatedly and making sure I was informed at every step along the way. My in-ground pool is 18' x 38'. For years, I used the pump-driven pool vacuum that came the pool, but I was tired of how often it would get stuck until the reverse jet freed it, or how it would tangle itself up in its own pressure hose. I’m surprised I put up with it as long as I did. After lots of comparisons and reading, I went with the iGarden pool vacuum, and it’s vastly superior to my old setup. Cleaning – 5 Stars – It does an outstanding job, picking up even the smallest silt particles and trapping them in its basket. Larger debris like leaves are no problem either—a 3-foot Velcro strap once blew into the pool while it was running, and the whole strap ended up in the basket. The App – 4 Stars – At first, I didn’t bother with the app since the vacuum can be fully operated from the control panel. after communicating with iGarden’s customer service, I was told it was needed to update the vacuum’s software for better navigation. Navigation – 4 Stars – In the "floor only" mode, it moves over one machine width each time, but it usually runs diagonally across the pool rather than parallel to the sides, which makes for an odd pattern, but it still gets the job done. When cleaning the sides as well, it seems to run more square with the pool, probably because it can start from the wall and move straight across the bottom. Power Consumption – 5 Stars (should be 6 stars) – After 90 minutes of use, recharging takes less than 0.2 kWh. Compared to my old pump-driven vacuum, which used about 1.8 kWh in the same amount of time, the cost difference is huge—roughly $0.27 versus less than $0.03. Overall, I gave the unit 5 stars. Cleaning is excellent (which is why I bought it), efficiency is vastly superior to my previous unit, the navigation is a little odd and iGarden customer service is excellent.

This vacuum does fairly well with leaves & debris off the bottom of the pool, however does not have the suction to get all of the dirt that settle on the bottom of the pool.

We have a pool at home which is surrounded by trees and front to a lake, so my wife and I have to continuously remove fallen leaves and debris, especially during warmer months when we get frequent visits from family and friends. I used to borrow a corded cleaner from a good neighbor, but it was challenging to deal with the cable and the time it took to clean the pool. As such, using this cordless robot has been a game changer. It was easy to connect the robot to my WiFi and be ready for its action. The operation of the robot is very natural, reliable, and its navigation is fast, smart, and smooth, so basically you won’t see it working around randomly or skipping a squared foot. I used the blue mode the first time and had been using it over the last few days. Something that I liked the most is its capability to climb the pool’s walls (very nice technology!) so it follows a defined pattern and completely removes the marks at the waterline. Further, the battery lasts long enough to clean our entire pool around three times on a single charge. Overall, I’m very pleased with this device.
